After nearly 40 years with another practice in Derbyshire, having moved to Market Deeping I was pleased to register with the Team at High Locks following the start of what appeared to be an abcess developing. Could not have had a better experience from the initial welcome from the Reception Team through to the first consultation with Drew Francis. The problem has been dealt with in a highly professional manner in a smart and clean surgery that I would have no hesitation in recommending to others. Dentist Cyrus has changed my view point on going to the dentist forever. I was terrified before I started to come here. The treatment I received was so excellent that I’m never switching dental practices again. Cyrus is so amazing I consider him my knight in shining scrubs with how he has saved my teeth.

I rang the practice at 8-15 yesterday morning as one of my temporary crowns had gone, and was given an appt at 10-15 that same morning. I have nothing but praise for this practice, nothing is ever too much bother - be it for the reception staff or the dentists. When you see the difficulties people are experiencing across the country to find a dental practice, I am forever grateful to be part of such an efficient one.

Great dental practice. Recently had a problem and they fitted me in on the same day and as usual very friendly and everything explained, both dentist and reception staff are great. Having been coming here for years and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.
