I have been using my new Bryant 3.8x refractives for past month and can honestly say how on earth did I manage to do dentistry without them for the last 10 years. I can see everything so clearly. I waited quite a while to get them but the company were very honest to say that they were having manufacturing issues and kept me in the loop. But definitely worth the wait. Seamless experience to getting the loupes, company is great with the 2 weekly communication on the status of your order and great follow up by Bianca. Highly recommend for the loupes but also customer experience

Excellent loupes and customer care. Alesha was friendly and very thorough in doing all my measurements and answering all my questions face to face at my practice, at a time that was convenient for me. The loupes are very high quality and lightweight but there was a delay in receiving them.

I love my new refractive loupes and my the position that they put me in is superb - no neck pain! I have just sent them back to get them altered from 5.7 to 3.8. Bianca was so quick at arranging this, it was fantastic customer service.
