On this the second occasion for replacement lower dentures. Devika and Mary were at ALL times thoughtful, caring, professional and listened. I was at the practice due to accidentally breaking my new lower set which did look, fit and feel terrible from the get go...my previous dentist was disgusted by what the denture maker thought was good enough to send out. But I was so beaten by the first lower set that I actually resided to accepting not being able to wear, eat or keep then in my mouth as they hurt so much. But when I was rebooked with Devika as the Dentist..what a difference in finished product. At all times of physical and verbal interaction Devika was considered, professional, caring and in a very subtle gentle manner, in charge. I did not feel at any point that I was not the priority and that the outcome for me to have plates that I could live with and eat wearing was not the aim. Several fittings and double checks of tone of colour, siting of plate, teeth etc were made and I was asked for any and all feedback ref the fitting etc. Once, what was to be the final appointment, I was naturally cautious regarding what to expect, tolerate and be walking away with. OMG it was amazing...fitted perfectly, teeth size complimented my own perfectly, the fitment..well. The 2 plates fitted in tonlace perfectly and actually felt like my own teeth. From the very second they were in place.. they felt as if my own. I can now wear them all day without any concern. I can eat with no pain or having to eat soft food stuffs as before with the previous made set. So, to Devika, Thank you very much. To Mary...you helped within your role to make Devikas work and needs met plus you gently distracted me with professionalism and humour. All making an very rewarding service. Amazing is all I can say. My first visit there. I went in with a toothache. Filled in my personal details. Went straight in to see the dentist. Within 10minutes my tooth was out. The dentist and his assistant lovely. Would definitely recommend this practise. So clean and new as well.

I'm a very nervous patient, but I was put at ease straight away by Sobia and Mary. Such wonderful people, I would highly recommend them.

Devika/mary are the most lovely ladies, the last denstery work done was amazing, pain free, dare I say, enjoyable, as for the newly refurbished clinic was also more than comfortable and reception staff friendly/ helpful. From a recent client 👍
