I have been coming here for many years (since 2001), as have the rest of the family and we have always had a very positive experience. Our children were never frightened of the dentist when they were young and now have very good teeth and brushing habits. We have had Fiona Wylie as our dentist from the start when it was an independent practice before it was run by Oasis and now Bupa. The service is very good - easy to book with text reminders etc. and the medical care is excellent with up to date equipment and all aspects of oral hygiene and care covered: Inspection, assessment, recommendations for daily care and scaling and polishing. The cost of care is average and well worth it for what you get. I would highly recommend this practice.

I was always made to feel welcome. Veronica explained to me the procedure and order of treatment and I was happy with that. All in all this was a pain-free experience with which I was very grateful. The dentist Qasim, was excellent, he was very professional and thorough. He really knew his craft and his consultation for Invisalign was a great experience, everything was concisely explained and broken down. He also carried out a check up and quick polish, including some X-Rays. Overall it was a fantastic appointment, as far as dentist appointments go. The ladies at reception were also very polite, enthusiastic and friendly, they were also really helpful. I left the practise feeling happy and absolutely confident to return for other services and treatments. Thank you very much.

I recently visited Bupa Dental Care Guildford for both a dental checkup and a hygienist appointment, and it was a fantastic experience. Veronica provided the dental checkup and was incredibly personable, making me feel at ease right away. She was also very efficient and professional, ensuring the checkup was thorough and smooth. Brilliant dentist. Thanks a lot to Elaine and Nikki for amazing treatment - I would recommend to anyone. I had 7 months Invisalign then whitening and a chipped tooth fixed and the transformation is amazing. My teeth were pretty awful and crooked and now look great so I'm dead happy. Everyone at the dental practice is nice and friendly and it has been a pleasure to go there throughout treatment. Thanks a lot and see you soon when I need a checkup!

I had a root canal treatment by Dr Andreas Louloudiadis. He is certainly very professional and knowledgeable. The doctor was polite, calming and he was explaining each step of the procedure, all of which made me much more comfortable. I would definitely recommend him. Dr Dang is a breath of fresh air in the dentistry world. Always happy, smiling, approachable, putting me at my ease. I don't enjoy having dentistry work carried out but she makes it a joy to visit the practice and I know I am in very safe hands.

I found out I needed a root canal treatment having never had any form of dental work before. I was incredibly anxious, but shouldn’t have been as Andreas was completely fabulous. During my initial consultation appointment, he clearly explained to me what the issue was and exactly what my treatment options were. He was then able to fit me in first thing the following morning for the root canal treatment. I didn’t feel the anaesthetic injection and had absolutely no pain throughout the procedure. Both Andreas and his assistant were calming, kind, caring and very professional. I couldn’t have wanted for a better experience, and even asked Andreas if he could be my regular dentist from now on! The biggest “thank you” to Andreas and all of the Dene Lodge team - you’re wonderful, and really helped a very nervous patient.

Always great service and treatment from everyone at Woodbridge Hill Dental Practice. I have been going since I was a child and now my own children go there as well. Sadly my son has had a few issues with his teeth and is a very nervous patient but they are always so calm, reassuring and patient with him during his visits. The surgery is always clean and a pleasant environment to be in and I love the new online booking system, it is so easy to use and it's even better that I can keep track of the whole family's appointments on there as well. I recommend this dental practice to anyone, you really are in great hands here.

I am a patient here since 2017 and the practice together with the clinical team has given me from day one a feeling of trust and comfort. In the past I had dental anxiety and fear but since I have seen Dr. Alex and his colleagues I can go to the dentist without loosing a night's sleep. Highly recommended. I have been a client for a number of years now and would highly recommend Burneston Dental practice. My experience has always been a positive one. The staff are all very friendly. Dr Anand has a lovely manner and is brilliant with my children (who look forward to their dental checks), he always explains things clearly and you don’t feel rushed.

I know when some people go to the dentist they dread it. However I quite look forward to a visit to see Samantha, Sarah and Natalie at Burneston Dental, it's like seeing old friends! The practise is always welcoming and spotlessly clean. Always good advice (FLOSS!) and on the occasions when I have had to had a filling or a chip repaired the work has been done to a very high standard. The booking reminders via email are super helpful too. Could not recommend more.

A recent incident required rapid attention. Natalie worked diligently to find me an early appointment to see Anand (best dentist in the world in my opinion). A temporary solution was effected immediately and options discussed for the longer term. The solution was an extraction which was done and all seemed fine but a subsequent visit to Alex the hygienist identified some inflammation. Anand was called in for an examination and prescribed antibiotics and a review agreed after two weeks. At the review minor work was done and all fine. Great teamwork by a very professional team. I noticed some negative comments posted regarding appointments but I must stress my experience was entirely positive.

I would like to thank all the staff at Burneston Dental for their exceptionally high standards and friendly approach to me as a patient. I had a very pleasant experience during my dental treatment. It was very professionally done. I am more than happy with the result and as I came from Germany the treatment was equally good as I was used to, even very trustworthy in the treatment options and recommendations. I had my son booked in for an extraction at another practice in a few weeks time, but the tooth had started to really hurt so I called Guildford Dental Practice as I required an emergency appointment. They were able to fit us in promptly and I am so glad they did. Not only did they manage to fix the problem but they managed to do it without an extraction which the other practice had said was required. The dentist and her assistant were lovely and very nurturing in nature which put my son at ease. The work carried out was fantastic and I was really expecting to pay more for everything they had done. My son actually enjoyed his visit and wanted me to snap a picture for mum who could not make the appointment. I will be using your services again, thanks so much!

I had long standing problems with my teeth and gums.I had my treatment all the time in Germany after initial bad experience with a Dentist in London. I am a Doctor in A E . When I worked in Guildford , I came to know about this practice and the Dentist Dr Shenbagavalli . Initially I was hesitant , but thought of giving a try ...it's probably the best decision I made to save my teeth and keep up my oral Hygiene. She was honest, competent and knowledgeable Dentist. She did not do procedures to rip me off monetarily... and the treatment was appropriate , meticulous and excellent standard. The staff in the Practice are excellent . I thank every one of them. As a A E doctor, I know lots of people turn up in A E with dental problems, most of them had no access to a good , competent Dentist. I will strongly recommend the Dentist Dr Shenbagavalli for your dental, gum and oral care. I wish them good future and very happy New Year !!! Dr Devasundaram Ramachandran

I was very nervous about having my tooth extracted, but the staff were kind and reassuring. Dr Mohsin O Ali put me at ease. He is clearly very skilled and managed to remove my tooth in a few minutes with no pain whatsoever. This is the best dentist I’ve been to. I won’t be so scared next time!

Jessica is amazing not only does she make you feel comfortable she is very informative and explains everything really well. She is also really good with children especially ones that find a dentist trip very overwhelming she takes the time to explain everything she is doing and using and gives them time and support to put them at ease.

Very professional dental centre. Been with them for several years now. Jessica is brilliant and also very good with seeing children. Any time you can ask any questions and the booking system with reminders helps keeping the regular appointments.

I had an emergency appointment with Dr Bachra for my wisdom tooth pain and we talked through options. She cleaned my tooth and advised extraction. I returned 2 days later for it to be removed. I was a very nervous patient, and I was reassured and talked through every step. I am so pleased with the care that I received. Thank you so much!

Since Dr. Kumar took over the practice the quality of service has gone up substantially. The previous practitioner that used to run the practice wasn't terrible, but there was always something small that left me unhappy. Both my wife and myself are very happy with this dentists :)

I needed an urgent intervention after hours for a painful toothache and got really lucky: a follow up appointment was necessary and everything was resolved within 5 days. I found Dr Kumar very professional, giving explanations before proceeding and having a steady hand and attention to my pain management. Her helpers were also professional, even though I suspect some of them were students being trained. I recommend this practice and will go again for follow ups.

This is a great practice. Just had my 3rd crown and second root canal with them. This root canal/crown was super tricky - kinky roots and not much to put a crown on. I was not keen on the implant or denture route, so they said they’d try two posts. Touch and go whether it would work, but they did a beautiful job and saved yet another tooth. Always help me understand what’s going on and give me options. Absolute trust with them 🙂

Dr Milan is very kind, passionate about his job , explaining everything in details and with patience .In general every member of the team is very helpful ad friendly .
