Such a good experience at the Dorking Dental Centre! It was a pleasure dealing with Dr. Robin and his assistant Imelda - they made me feel at ease with the whole process and explained eveything in terms that were easy to understand. I am a very nervous patient and it took a lot just to ring and make the appointment but I was immediately put at ease the moment I walked through the door from Mark on reception to meeting Dr Robin Ramsphoye. He has been absolutely brilliant with my care and I can honestly say I no longer feel nervous and would definitely recommend using Dorking Dental Centre.

I was terrified to go to the dentist after a bad experience many years ago, but I ended up heading to Dorking dental centre as I had the worst toothache. Thankfully I had an appointment with Robin and he is not only a fantastic dentist but he goes above and beyond to make sure that I am comfortable and calm from start to finish. He explained everything that he was doing and showed me every piece of equipment before starting any work. He checked with me constantly throughout the appointment to make sure I was ok. I also received regular phone calls after my appointment to make sure I was doing ok. I don't suppose I will ever be a fan of going but under Robin's care I can relax and know that I'm in very safe and caring hands. In fact the whole team there are wonderful so I'd recommend them to everyone and moving forward with my treatment I don't dread going anymore. Thank you all. Lisa Hodge

David has totally transformed my teeth over the last 3 months using a variety of techniques, skills and planning. You won't be disappointed if you visit him, take his advice and then let him carry out his suggested plan. Lovely people and great experience

Amazing experience. I walked in nervous and scared but the receptionist (I believe her name was Sangeeta) was amazing. While waiting for Dr Bilal, she kept assuring me that the procedure is safe and the Dr. knows what he's doing which made me feel a lot more at ease with the whole experience. Upon meeting with the dentist I felt safe in his hands as he explained everything thoroughly and checked with me to make sure I understand what I’m going through with. I look forward to coming back to continue with my treatment and seeing the team again.

I can't praise the staff at Astek enough, they have been so caring and really given me a 5star experience. From tooth extractions, making sure i was comfortable very step of the way to denture fittings, nothing was to much trouble. Friendly and very approachable. I would highly recommend all of them. Astek have their dental lab on site which is how I believe all dentists should be set up. I had a front tooth knocked out in a childhood accident and have since been very conscious of the way my smile looks. In today's world of working on Teams and video calls for the main part, this was becoming more and more problematic for me. So along with attending appointments with my dentist, Leila, for general dentistry she took impressions and Ailsa, the proprietor, created two bespoke veneers to make my front teeth appear more normal and worked with both me and my lovely dentist, to tailor my smile when I wasn’t initially delighted with the result - cancelling afternoon appointments until we were done. Two veneers sounds a simple, ordinary thing, but I actually didn’t have two front teeth to work with – just one front tooth and a smaller, differently shaped, side tooth which looked quite odd. I now don’t even think about my teeth when I’m on screen which is such a relief. Thank you so much Astek! To say I am a nervous patient is an understatement. Leila has been so patient and kind with me and I am so much more confident in the chair with her. She has also managed to sort out gum issues that have persisted for over 40 years, and now when I’m brushing my teeth there is no sign of anything in the sink but toothpaste. She also keeps me on track when I’m not doing as well as I should be, advising on which brushes, toothpaste for sensitivity, and even demonstrating that you can get the largest of teepees into some very small spaces. Wonderful family dentist, I’ve been coming for 12yrs. My daughter has been welcomed to the dentist from when she was a toddler and thankfully has no fear of the dentist as I did as a child. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. You’re always greeted with a smile from the lovely receptionists.

This practice was rightly recommended to me by my wife and has been excellent. Akhil is very friendly and professional and checked my mouth out very comprehensively. The initial verdict was not great but I appreciated the honesty. I had to have a couple of extractions which I was dreading, but in the event it was all over very quickly. He numbed me up suitably without leaving me a dribbling wreck afterwards, and his post-operative care notes were very useful.

Upon arrival, I was greeted with warmth and kindness. In my much younger years I had a terrible experience with the dentist which left me scarred with anxiety, yet Dr Akhil and his team were gentle, and reassuring and I did not feel a thing. My son even said I liked Dr Akhil, he is a nice guy and the hygienist seemed to get my son on his side too. A win, win in my books. Dr Evison is a wonderful dentist. She is patient and professional and is obviously very knowledgeable and qualified. I have had a brilliant experience with Dr. Patel. I had a filling fall out and they got me an emergency appointment for a temporary filling early the next morning. I have just been for my appointment to get a proper filling put in 3 weeks later and Dr. Patel was brilliant.
