Used it for the first time today. Ordered prescription on Monday. Chemist had it ready and waiting on Friday. At my old chemist I had to wait 3 weeks. The lady was very nice on the phone and in person. Excellent all round.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff who didn't talk down to me about an issue. Speedy service, but I did go towards the end of the day so I was the only one in the pharmacy.
