Absolutely lovely experience from beginning to end. Baring in mind I’m dentist phobic!!! From the very friendly reception staff, to the very understanding dentist and her dental nurse! Yes I still cried, but I felt safe doing so!
Lovely reception team, so on the ball and a very calm waiting area. Efficient and on time appointments with both the dentist and hygienist, they were both great at explaining everything and making sure I was comfortable with the process and understood their advice.
Magdalena is an absolutely brilliant hygienist and I would highly recommend her. She is efficient, thorough, friendly, and makes the whole process as enjoyable as a hygienist visit can be! Jonathan is also a great dentist. Very calm and reassuring. Thank you to you both and to the front of house team.
Fantastic service from the whole team. Called for an emergency appointment. Seen within 2 hours. Professional friendly and caring. Louise is an amazing “front of house” welcome for the practice.
