This is the most well cared practice and with lots of experience in the day to day practice. Shiv and Minal And Sapna are excellent Doctors and they have abilities to comfort the patients. I will highly recommend for any dental treatment.

After several bad experiences with a previous dental practice I was apprehensive about continuing the journey towards better oral health. After glowing recommendations from a family member I decided to give Shirley Dental Practice a try. Choosing this dental practice was my best decision of 2024. All of the staff including reception team and assistants are amazingly kind, respectful and patient. Dr shiv immediately put me at ease and was extremely honest and thorough. Managed to get a same day appointment as I had a toothache. Was seen by a lovely dentist who was gentle and understanding of my pain. Took x-ray to determine whether infection was tooth or gum and prescribed antibiotics.

I had appointment today with Simon who filled my broken tooth, I was nervous at first But he made me feel at ease and he was very friendly and supportive and explained the process to me I was very pleased and happy with outcome! The Gentle Dental Care team are great! I'm really happy with my dentist Humaira and the dental nurse, they are great with me and my kids, always so considerate and friendly. Had always been fearful/apprehensive of dentists. I really don’t like other people’s hands in my mouth. I was suffering agonising pin from a cracked molar impinging on my nerves, and booked Gentle Dental. I was looked after by Amit and Kaiya (dentist and dental assistant) - Kaiya was so reassuring and professional, I felt at ease before I got into the chair. Once in the seat my nerves and anxiety were apparent, but Amit and Kaiya patiently talked my fears away and explained each process well in advance. They even told me which procedures would be painful, and how to resist moving and making the pain worse. They were amazing and professional throughout and made sure I was comfortable as I could be, using hand signals to ask for pauses/breaks. I will definitely return every 6months after 20+ years dentist-less. If you do use Gentle Dental in the future and want great service - ask for Kaiya and Amit - and get a guaranteed smile!

After looking at and reviewing online local dentist practices I came across Gentle Gentle Care. I completed the registration forms on behalf of my children online - this was really easy and user friendly. After this I wanted to ask some further questions so rang the practice, easy to get through. The lovely lady on the phone kindly answered my questions and was very informative and let me know all the steps of registering etc. I shared with the lady on phone (I wish I got her name) that I was quite frightened of the dentist myself and she was so reassuring ! On the day of appointments for my children to have general check up, their first visits to dentist! The practice was really clean and tidy and all staff friendly and welcoming. The ladies at the desk offered me a hot drink. Our appointment was with Dr Simon and Nurse Sonia. I spoke to Nurse Sonia before the children entered the treatment room to let her know I had not taken children to dentist as I was very very nervous - again really kind and reassuring :). Both children were completely at ease and comfortable thanks to the professionalism and kindness of both Dr and Nurse. Dr Simon spoke gently to the kids asking them questions about their eating and teeth hygiene, throughout his treatment he talked through what he was doing and checking and why throughout. We all left feeling really happy and pleased this is where we would be coming for all dental needs. A really great team who are all friendly and approachable ! Thank you!

The whole team at Gentle Dental Care are amazing and it starts from the top with Dr Mish. I have been using Gentle Dental Care for my routine treatments for several years. So I had no hesitation in using the practice for more specialist services. Dr Sadia completed a broken tooth extraction, she was professional but kind when putting me at ease for the procedure. In short she is awesome! I am now seeing Dr Mish for implant treatment. He and the team who I spoke with before Dr Mish are very knowledgeable and spend the time explaining your options, the processes and answering any queries you might have. Gentle Dental Care are fantastic. All the team are welcoming and care about their patients, when it's needed, they go above and beyond to help. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

1st round of treatment, Was a little nervous, but the staff were very informative and once numb, I felt nothing so it made me relax even more. Tbh I feel more nervous at my own dentist than going to GDC (maybe because the dentist give you the news.) I'm looking forward to the 2nd round of treatment.

My wife and I have been delighted with Mayfield Dental. We have been patients for 13 years now since Deepali took over the surgery from Vital Lakhani. She has redesigned the surgery, adding a reception area where you are welcomed by a friendly receptionist and the waiting area and toilet are first class. The whole treatment area is impeccable where hygiene comes as a given. My own treatment is carefully discussed and agreed in advance. When I started going to the practice I was a very nervous patient, suffering with Dental Anxiety brought on by traumatic dental experiences. I can’t thank Dr Deepali Patel, Madja and her team enough for being caring & all my treatment has been pain free. I have been a patient for over 5 years and would highly recommend.

I had to take an emergency appointment due to swelling on my face and bad toothache. When I checked in the google the first dental surgery came up on the screen was Mayfield. I made a call around 7 pm on a Saturday and Dr. Deepali attended the phone call. Due to my condition without any hesitations she was happy to see me on the same day in her clinic and she explained me everything and put me on antibiotics. Soon I recovered and she arranged another appointment to do my dental check and cleaning. As per my request she arranged an emergency tooth extraction with a dental surgeon next to that week. I was so nervous about extraction. But they made me so comfortable and the entire process was completely painless. The overall procedure was finished within 10 minutes. After reaching home I had 2 phone-call to make sure I was ok. All the staffs were extremely helpful and polite including the receptionist. Especially, Dr. Deepali, her friendly conversation made me so comfortable and she was one of best dentist I have ever seen.

I’ve been a patient of this practice for over 30 years and I have never been disappointed. It is professionally run, the staff team are efficient and polite. My dentist Dr Kreena Patel is outstanding: kind, excellent communicator and technically brilliant. Breda my hygienist ditto. Nurses all fantastic. My only complaint is that they no longer add that special squash to the water you rinse your mouth out with. The pink flavour was best, the blue minty one acceptable.

I have no reservations in recommending Whitgift Dental. I have been a patient for over 24 years! Indeed all 3 of my children have been patients through their baby to grown up years. In all this time I have been more than happy with the treatment we have all received. A professional, welcoming, fully equipped, spotlessly clean Practice with attached hygienist service, I have always received good care & advice. You can always book in to see your regular dentist & hygienist one after the other which is great. & on the few occasions I have needed to see a dentist urgently I have always been able to get a very quick appointment. Fees for dental work needed is always very clearly detailed. I have recently relocated to East Sussex & still I continue to make the hour long journey to WD for my checkups & hygienist appointments!

Last week was my 3rd visit, every time I visit I'm greeted and made to feel really welcome. If you are afraid of the dentist come here!! There is so much care from when you first walk in you will immediately be put at ease. I've been for both check ups and the hygienist. Both were exceptional!! Normally I walk away from dentist with my mouth feeling like it has taken a few hits, not here, both were so gentle and their attention to providing every comfort is outstanding. No rough polishing or knocking the teeth with the equipment. So gentle at times I actually thought are they doing anything!! I cannot recommend this dental practice high enough. Really excellent dental practice. I had been a patient of Dr. Mooi my whole life up until his retirement and I am more than happy with his replacement, Dr. Shukla. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Shukla was incredibly reassuring and made it as painless as possible. Would recommend.
