Just had my first check up at Gentle Dental and Shri did a fantastic examination and the Nurse Paige was so lovely and comforting, I will be back :)

As someone who has always struggled with dental anxiety, I cannot express how grateful I am for the exceptional care I received at Crowborough Gentle Dental. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff Julie and Alison greeted me with warmth and kindness, making me feel at ease in an environment that usually fills me with dread. The dentist Melissa and nurse Estella were absolutely amazing! She took the time to listen to my concerns and explained every step of the procedure with patience and empathy. Their gentle approach and reassuring demeanor helped me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. It was clear that they truly care about their patients and understand the fears that come with dental visits. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure my experience was as positive as possible. I left the practice feeling relieved and surprisingly optimistic about my dental health. I can’t recommend Crowborough Gentle Dental enough for anyone, especially those who share my dental phobia. Thank you for turning a daunting experience into a pleasant one!

Great experience! Let's start off by mentioning how great the reception team are! I initially spoke with Julie who was incredible who gave all necessary details on how everything works at the clinic. The appointment with Shri was brilliant he kept me well informed and made sure I went away with a full understanding of everything that needs done. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone that is in search of a new dentist. Update 29/01/2024: had my second visit for a filling with Shri... WOW, He done a phenomenal job! True definition of Gentle :D
