All my life I have dreaded the visit to the dentist but that’s all changed now. The friendly receptionists and comfortable surroundings put you at ease immediately, A huge thank you to Lucy for a fantastic painless (yes painless) clean up. So grateful to Dr Kelly for all the ‘at my pace’ treatments thus far, my sincere thanks for all your patience. My being a very nervous patient can’t be easy so thanks also to Nicola, a lovely dental nurse. I would without hesitation recommend The Private Dental Clinic to my friends & family.

I have dental phobia I have not been to a dentist in 7-8 years and this year I had a really bad tooth infection which meant I had to find a dentist. I am terrified of dentists and dental procedures due to the awful experiences I’ve had before. I called 5 different dentists around the area asking how they deal with people with dental anxiety and this clinic was the only one that reassured me that they will do everything to make me feel safe and comfortable and make it as pain free as they possibly can. Today I was on my 3rd visit to the clinic for a filling and I cannot explain how welcome and safe and comfortable I feel every time I’m here, all the staff are amazing always asking if I’m okay and if I need anything. The actual clinic itself does not look or feel like a dentist clinic it feels so homey and comfortable which is such a positive thing. I never knew you can get a filling done and not feel a single thing, Ciro and the dental nurses have made every appointment I’ve had comfortable and so stress free and Ciro walks me through the whole process of what will happen on the appointment which is very reassuring. I cannot recommend this clinic enough for anyone that struggles with dental phobia.

I was always scared of the dentists, that is until I started seeing Kenny. All staff do their best to put you at your ease from the moment you arrive. The practice is very clean and nothing is too much trouble for everyone. Would highly recommend

So terrified of the dentist caused by a recent visit to another dental surgery in Boston and the trauma it left me in, I was sobbing like a baby and feeling sick but knew that the visit was necessary. All the fears and anxiety were dispelled by the kindness shown by all the wonderful staff at the surgery. I soon calmed down when they took the time to reassure me. The appointment went very well and my confidence is back where it should be. Now looking forward to my treatment plan without fear. 5 stars just doesn't seem enough but thank you everyone for your kindness and patience 💖. This is me if I can ever help you lovely people out
