Great services & excellent customer care. Our dentist Judith is extraordinarily kind, caring and gentle. She makes sure we are all comfortable, explains everything clearly and is very diligent. She give our children the time they need and takes really good care of their teeth. This is an excellent dental practice. The quality of advice and treatment, both from Judith, the dentist, and Kas, the hygienist, is first rate. The front desk is very efficient and I have had no difficulty getting short notice appointments when necessary. A very friendly place which makes going to the dentist a lot less stressful than I recall from long ago days.

My experience started with a very understanding phone call with the receptionist, the following morning I had the first appointment and was received with a smile and chat before I even saw the dentist ( so relaxing) After a couple of minutes I was called in and after a short while my tooth was extracted. I was urgently after an emergency appointment for an abscess I had… Helen and Nicole on reception could not have done more. They managed to get an appointment at a time that worked for everyone involved and were incredible at getting back to me when I was in-between meetings. Mitesh, the dentist, was thorough, concise and talked me through everything he was doing; what more can you ask for? I walked out knowing what the problem was, antibiotics to sort it and information for how to mitigate the issue in the future. Thank you all!

I neglected going to a dentist after a traumatic experience with a dental implant going wrong and other bad experiences. A member of my family recommended Surrey Dental. On my first visit when I had a consultation and check up with Dr Singh, she inspired me with confidence and I have had a few visits since to make my mouth good and restore some neglect. Every time the treatment has been thorough, and done to the highest standard with the minimum of discomfort. She is a perfectionist. I also had an extraction, done quickly with no pain at all. All of the staff are kind and make me feel at ease, particularly Manasa. Any nervous patient would feel reassured and cared for here. I would highly recommend this practice.

Been going to this dentist for about 3 years now! They have been great, all the staff are so friendly and have really put my mind at ease to come. Ive recently been working with them to sort my grinding out, and after a few visits and them giving me all the information. I decided to get botox which helped the tension in the jaw a reduced the grinding, I now also use a night guard. And because ive been able to reduce the grinding I recently had composit bonding to rebuild my 2 front teeth! And I left so happy, it was fairly easy and quick! Painfree too! I highly recommend

This is the best dental practice I have ever attended and I've seen many dentists in my life. They consistently provide good advice without pushing unnnecessary intervention and although dental treatment is never enjoyable they make it the least unpleasant experience of any dentist I have attended. My husband hates dentists and has been thrown off several dental lists for repeatedly missing appointments. He has managed to stay with this practice for several years - which is a record - and thoroughly approves of all the staff he has encountered at Banstead Dental Care. All the staff are lovely and the receptionists are excellent at finding appointments at short notice when required.

I can’t recommend this dental practice enough! We’re so grateful that they were recommended to us when we moved back to Surrey. My children hadn’t had great experiences with dentists in the other places we’d lived, but the standard of care at Nork Way Dental Practice has restored their faith and removed their fear, which is partly why we decided to stay with the practice when they recently went private. Not only are they excellent at what they do, they also care about their patients and that, alongside the fact that they don’t charge for any unnecessary treatment, is why we wouldn’t go anywhere else. I used to loathe dentists, however my perception has changed after undergoing extensive treatment with this practice. At times my anxiety is crippling yet the whole time I felt accommodated and appreciated especially with Dr Jananine whom has helped me through this difficult journey. I have been coming to this dentist probably over 10years and i have always had brilliant care. The receptionists are really friendly and happy to help and the dentists are very caring and make you feel as comfortable as they can. I used to come when it was NHS and when they turnt private i decided to join the membership and pay the private fees because they are 1 of the best dentists I've been to and i wouldn't want to change my dentist now. I had quite a few bad experiences before coming to this one. This one is very understanding if you have illnesses and always listen to what you want.

I have just returned from nork way dentists - Asaday is my dentist there. I have been going to this dentist for years now as a NHS patient - where I always received wonderful treatment. Obviously like many people I was saddened when they became a totally private practice - but understand. Having said that for me personally I would never go to another dentist . Nork dental practice is the best kindest and thoroughly efficient dentist I have ever experienced. On the phone, the receptionist and of course. My dentist Asaday- it is worth budgeting to keep going to this dentist. Even when Asaday went on maternity leave I was transferred to another practice member who I was equally happy with . So thank you to a lovely practice that I would highly recommend .

I recently had occasion to contact the surgery due to loosing a tooth filling over the bank holiday period. The service and attention provided was immediate and highly efficient. In recent years I have been treated by Kirollos Henien who has always demonstrated a high standard of professionalism and capability. Together with the dental assistants and receptionists the entire team have provided a first class level of service and care.

For years I have wanted composite bonding and yet I could never find a Dentist or practice that gave me what I was after until I came to see Dr Minesh at Bupa Dental Care Epsom. Dr Minesh was amazing, from doing a mock up on my teeth before I agreed to anything, to explaining colour choices, I really felt like I was in safe hands and that I was being listened to and understood. I did not want the fashionable ‘turkey teeth’ I wanted my natural teeth just enhanced and thats exactly what I got. Dr Minesh’s eye for creating a ‘natural’ smile is genius. The entire team were professional and efficient as they had various appointments available which suited my schedule. I could not be happier with my results! Thank you!

I have been coming to this practice since I was a child, so nearing 2 decades now. They are truly excellent in all the services they provide. I visit every 6 months for a dentist (Krinal) and Hygienist (Eiad) check up. Both Krinal and Eiad are incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and both warm and friendly. My teeth, gums and overall oral health have consistently been healthy due to the services provided and the advice for maintaining oral hygiene specific to my needs has always proved successful. I know that for some, going to the dentist can be a stressful experience, however I have never found that to be the case at this practice. They really make the effort to make you feel comfortable and it’s clear that they really care for your health. I will also note that whenever I’ve needed short notice and immediate help with issues, pains, tooth chips etc. they have always gone above and beyond to see me asap and provide the help I need. I would also give a special mention to the reception team who are always incredibly helpful and professional! Overall, the is a truly great practice and I would highly recommend them to anyone (there’s a reason I’ve been coming here for nearly 20 years!). Thank you to all the Epsom Bupa Dental team!

I couldn't rave more highly about my experience as a new patient here. I'm an extremely nervous patient and my teeth have been problematic since childhood - not typically a great combination. Everybody is so reassuring; the reception team are brilliant and really knowledgeable, the dental assistant (whose name I sadly didn't catch) is a star and put me at ease from the get go, and Vanita is amazing - as lovely as she is skilful. I felt fully informed about everything, felt no pain during my crown prep appointment and most importantly (for me), it was a really supportive environment with no judgment. Highly recommended.

Want to say a big thank you to Natasha Tarry. The treatment given was as always second to none. She is kind, gentle and very reassuring. On many occasions Natasha has cleaned my teeth but on this occasion I had Botox treatment around my eyes and it has really worked well, no more crinkly eyes on the side of my face! When I lived in Tadworth I used to go here but that was in the early 60s. I was only 9 or 10 and I used to have teeth taken out with nitrous oxide and a very unfriendly dentist scared the living daylights out of me. I recall vividly going home on the bus with my mum with my gums bleeding which lasted several days. I can still recall the smell of the rubber mask and falling asleep like it was just ten minutes ago. That dentist was not great with me but I probably should have brushed my teeth more often. I now live in Canada and my three sons who are in their 20s and 40s have never had even a filling because I told them as kids the scary stories of the dentist and they had better brush their teeth or the same would happen to them and it worked! Seriously though I was simply amazed that there is still a dental office in the same house for over 60 years! Dental treatment has vastly improved and prevention is so much better than cure. I recently went to Colombia twice to have five implants, five crowns and eight veneers and at 69 I have the best teeth I e ever had in my life. Simple lesson is take care of those teeth

Last week, I had broken a tooth and I couldn’t get an appointment with my own dentist and so I tried Bupa Dental Care Banstead. The receptionist was so caring and understanding, she took my number and managed to get me an appointment later that morning. I was lucky enough to see Dr Ankit Patel whom instantly put my mind at ease. He managed to fix my tooth without any pain and calmly talked me through the entire procedure. Highly recommend this dental practice. Extremely professional and caring. 10/10

Very happy that I have joined this practice. Today I had my second check up. The reception staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The nurse called me for my appointment and apologised for the delay, which was only a few minutes. She was approachable and friendly. When I saw the dentist he also apologised for the delay, which was minimal. He was very professional and carefully explained my options to me. I am apprehensive when visiting the dentist but all of the team made me feel comfort.

The main receptionist is welcoming and friendly. She answers any question with a lovely manner. When I was unable to make my hygienist appt due to a family emergency, she even offered to keep my name on the list just in case if there was a cancellation. I was able to see the hygienist on the same day as my dental check up. She is absolutely fabulous. The dentist is also knowledgeable and great. The only issue for us has been that we had to reschedule our appointments on two occasions due to the dentist being unavailable. All in all lovely practice and friendly staff.
