I visited Howell Hill Dental Practice to fix a chipped tooth. Straight away, I was greeted by a very polite young gentleman at reception. During the procedure, Dr Huseyin was extremely kind and I couldn’t have felt calmer. He warned me there might be some pain/sensitivity but I felt none whatsoever and was extremely pleased with the result. A welcoming and professional service that I would recommend to everyone.

Fantastic staff, always feel so welcome and well looked after, great dental practice, would highly recommend.

I had treatment this morning from Dr M Sulieman. I was very nervous, but he talked me all the way through and the treatment was quicker than I thought. Very pleased 😁

All members of staff were exceptionally friendly and kind. I needed an emergency appt and was in pain and had spoken with 3 other practices all of who had been quite abrupt and seemed annoyed by my urgency.. I didn't really have a choice but it was still nice to be treated so decently! The practice is clean and really well presented, too. Will definitely be returning here as a first choice of dental care!

I was urgently after an emergency appointment for an abscess I had… Helen and Nicole on reception could not have done more. They managed to get an appointment at a time that worked for everyone involved and were incredible at getting back to me when I was in-between meetings. Mitesh, the dentist, was thorough, concise and talked me through everything he was doing; what more can you ask for? I walked out knowing what the problem was, antibiotics to sort it and information for how to mitigate the issue in the future. Thank you all!

My experience started with a very understanding phone call with the receptionist, the following morning I had the first appointment and was received with a smile and chat before I even saw the dentist ( so relaxing) After a couple of minutes I was called in and after a short while my tooth was extracted. I recently had occasion to contact the surgery due to loosing a tooth filling over the bank holiday period. The service and attention provided was immediate and highly efficient. In recent years I have been treated by Kirollos Henien who has always demonstrated a high standard of professionalism and capability. Together with the dental assistants and receptionists the entire team have provided a first class level of service and care.

Adam is a superstar! I won't lie, I've had many bad experiences with hygienist's in the past, been terrified of going, and always had sore teeth for hours afterwards, until someone recommended Adam. Just had my 2nd 6-monthly appointment with him, and he is so friendly, and puts you at ease. He explains the whole process throughout, is very gentle and my teeth not only look great, but are pain-free! Thanks so much Adam, I can't recommend you enough! See you in 6 months! :)

I have used this organisation for many years and had a variety of procedures. Generally, I don't particularly appreciate seeing a dentist but they have always been competent and understanding. I can freely recommend all their clinicians.

When I lived in Tadworth I used to go here but that was in the early 60s. I was only 9 or 10 and I used to have teeth taken out with nitrous oxide and a very unfriendly dentist scared the living daylights out of me. I recall vividly going home on the bus with my mum with my gums bleeding which lasted several days. I can still recall the smell of the rubber mask and falling asleep like it was just ten minutes ago. That dentist was not great with me but I probably should have brushed my teeth more often. I now live in Canada and my three sons who are in their 20s and 40s have never had even a filling because I told them as kids the scary stories of the dentist and they had better brush their teeth or the same would happen to them and it worked! Seriously though I was simply amazed that there is still a dental office in the same house for over 60 years! Dental treatment has vastly improved and prevention is so much better than cure. I recently went to Colombia twice to have five implants, five crowns and eight veneers and at 69 I have the best teeth I e ever had in my life. Simple lesson is take care of those teeth

I have had treatment from Jennifer Lai at this practise and I have to say it's been absolutely outstanding. A treatment she did about 6 years ago is still going strong and just been referred here again and the expertise I'm just so grateful to have somewhere and someone close to home who is helping me so much. I can’t recommend this dental practice enough! We’re so grateful that they were recommended to us when we moved back to Surrey. My children hadn’t had great experiences with dentists in the other places we’d lived, but the standard of care at Nork Way Dental Practice has restored their faith and removed their fear, which is partly why we decided to stay with the practice when they recently went private. Not only are they excellent at what they do, they also care about their patients and that, alongside the fact that they don’t charge for any unnecessary treatment, is why we wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have been coming to this dentist probably over 10years and i have always had brilliant care. The receptionists are really friendly and happy to help and the dentists are very caring and make you feel as comfortable as they can. I used to come when it was NHS and when they turnt private i decided to join the membership and pay the private fees because they are 1 of the best dentists I've been to and i wouldn't want to change my dentist now. I had quite a few bad experiences before coming to this one. This one is very understanding if you have illnesses and always listen to what you want.

I have just returned from nork way dentists - Asaday is my dentist there. I have been going to this dentist for years now as a NHS patient - where I always received wonderful treatment. Obviously like many people I was saddened when they became a totally private practice - but understand. Having said that for me personally I would never go to another dentist . Nork dental practice is the best kindest and thoroughly efficient dentist I have ever experienced. On the phone, the receptionist and of course. My dentist Asaday- it is worth budgeting to keep going to this dentist. Even when Asaday went on maternity leave I was transferred to another practice member who I was equally happy with . So thank you to a lovely practice that I would highly recommend .

I have always found this dentists to be very understanding and patience with me, Being l am a VERY anxious patient this is extremely important. The reception staff always Found to be very accommodating and polite . I had a problem not that long ago where l needed some antibiotics urgently, With work commitments and other things going on l could not get to the dentist to collect the perscription, The receptionist Lisa having listened to me off load my situation to her !!, Without any hesitation offered to drop the perscription to my work place personally in her own time!! It made such a difference to me, Lisa even called the next day to check l had received it ok as she had put it through my letter box. So wanted to say thank you personally to Lisa for going more than above the call of duty. Also to highly reccomend this dentist, especially if you are anxious like me. t

Last week, I had broken a tooth and I couldn’t get an appointment with my own dentist and so I tried Bupa Dental Care Banstead. The receptionist was so caring and understanding, she took my number and managed to get me an appointment later that morning. I was lucky enough to see Dr Ankit Patel whom instantly put my mind at ease. He managed to fix my tooth without any pain and calmly talked me through the entire procedure. Highly recommend this dental practice. Extremely professional and caring. 10/10

I had my wisdom tooth out and was obviously feeling rather nervous about it but both Ankit Patel my dentist and the nurse who was with him made me feel so comfortable. The nurse was constantly reassuring me and reminding me to breathe. This was my last wisdom tooth to be removed so I have had it done before by another dentist so I knew the process. All I can say is wow! He pulled it out and I didn’t even realise - that’s how good he was. I mean there was tugging and pulling but not like the others which I heard cracks and crunches. Totally recommend him! Both were amazing and were helping me not to think about it and if I wanted to stop he did to give my jaw a break. 10/10 service!

I have been coming to this practice since I was a child, so nearing 2 decades now. They are truly excellent in all the services they provide. I visit every 6 months for a dentist (Krinal) and Hygienist (Eiad) check up. Both Krinal and Eiad are incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and both warm and friendly. My teeth, gums and overall oral health have consistently been healthy due to the services provided and the advice for maintaining oral hygiene specific to my needs has always proved successful. I know that for some, going to the dentist can be a stressful experience, however I have never found that to be the case at this practice. They really make the effort to make you feel comfortable and it’s clear that they really care for your health. I will also note that whenever I’ve needed short notice and immediate help with issues, pains, tooth chips etc. they have always gone above and beyond to see me asap and provide the help I need. I would also give a special mention to the reception team who are always incredibly helpful and professional! Overall, the is a truly great practice and I would highly recommend them to anyone (there’s a reason I’ve been coming here for nearly 20 years!). Thank you to all the Epsom Bupa Dental team!

I have just finished my Invisalign treatment with Farnoush and I am so so happy with the end results. The staff were always very professional, paying so much attention to detail to ensure I was completely happy with how my teeth looked at the end of my treatment. For years I have wanted composite bonding and yet I could never find a Dentist or practice that gave me what I was after until I came to see Dr Minesh at Bupa Dental Care Epsom. Dr Minesh was amazing, from doing a mock up on my teeth before I agreed to anything, to explaining colour choices, I really felt like I was in safe hands and that I was being listened to and understood. I did not want the fashionable ‘turkey teeth’ I wanted my natural teeth just enhanced and thats exactly what I got. Dr Minesh’s eye for creating a ‘natural’ smile is genius. The entire team were professional and efficient as they had various appointments available which suited my schedule. I could not be happier with my results! Thank you!

Every time I go to this dentist, I get a warm friendly welcome, the staff are always very very helpful. The dentists are professional and put me at my ease and best of all, they don't judge. Nobody is a great fan of dentist visits, but this is about the best it can be.

The main receptionist is welcoming and friendly. She answers any question with a lovely manner. When I was unable to make my hygienist appt due to a family emergency, she even offered to keep my name on the list just in case if there was a cancellation. I was able to see the hygienist on the same day as my dental check up. She is absolutely fabulous. The dentist is also knowledgeable and great. The only issue for us has been that we had to reschedule our appointments on two occasions due to the dentist being unavailable. All in all lovely practice and friendly staff.

Recently Registered my family only recently Registration process was easy. was given our first appointment very quickly. excellent communication with receptionist via email when I needed question answered. reception staff are super friendly on arrival. I was very nervous about attending first appointment with family but the dentists were amazing. I highly recommend! thank you
