I have always found this dentists to be very understanding and patience with me, Being l am a VERY anxious patient this is extremely important.
The reception staff always Found to be very accommodating and polite .
I had a problem not that long ago where l needed some antibiotics urgently, With work commitments and other things going on l could not get to the dentist to collect the perscription, The receptionist Lisa having listened to me off load my situation to her !!, Without any hesitation offered to drop the perscription to my work place personally in her own time!! It made such a difference to me, Lisa even called the next day to check l had received it ok as she had put it through my letter box.
So wanted to say thank you personally to Lisa for going more than above the call of duty.
Also to highly reccomend this dentist, especially if you are anxious like me.

I can’t recommend this dental practice enough! We’re so grateful that they were recommended to us when we moved back to Surrey. My children hadn’t had great experiences with dentists in the other places we’d lived, but the standard of care at Nork Way Dental Practice has restored their faith and removed their fear, which is partly why we decided to stay with the practice when they recently went private. Not only are they excellent at what they do, they also care about their patients and that, alongside the fact that they don’t charge for any unnecessary treatment, is why we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

I have been coming to this dentist probably over 10years and i have always had brilliant care. The receptionists are really friendly and happy to help and the dentists are very caring and make you feel as comfortable as they can. I used to come when it was NHS and when they turnt private i decided to join the membership and pay the private fees because they are 1 of the best dentists I've been to and i wouldn't want to change my dentist now. I had quite a few bad experiences before coming to this one. This one is very understanding if you have illnesses and always listen to what you want.

I have just returned from nork way dentists - Asaday is my dentist there.
I have been going to this dentist for years now as a NHS patient - where I always received wonderful treatment.
Obviously like many people I was saddened when they became a totally private practice - but understand.
Having said that for me personally I would never go to another dentist .
Nork dental practice is the best kindest and thoroughly efficient dentist I have ever experienced. On the phone, the receptionist and of course. My dentist Asaday- it is worth budgeting to keep going to this dentist. Even when Asaday went on maternity leave I was transferred to another practice member who I was equally happy with .
So thank you to a lovely practice that I would highly recommend .

I used to loathe dentists, however my perception has changed after undergoing extensive treatment with this practice. At times my anxiety is crippling yet the whole time I felt accommodated and appreciated especially with Dr Jananine whom has helped me through this difficult journey. I highly recommend her and the receptionists for anyone who has anxiety.
