Booked in efficiently and seen to at the earliest convenience has made my life just that much better thanks to all the staff at Tudor dentistry. Lovely welcome to the practice which put me at ease straight away. Seeing the Dr, straight away saw my problem and talking through the procedure. Not 30 minutes later all was complete. Tooth extracted and booked in for the follow up in a couple of weeks. Highly professional, yet personable at the same time. Thank you for making it painless and comfortable.

. When I went to Tudor House for the first time, I was blown away and couldn't wait for my next appointment. Dr. Koray and his assistant did an excellent job. Originally, I had gone in for teeth whitening, but during the visit, it was discovered that four of my bottom teeth had decreased in height and needed to be fixed. The necessary arrangements were made and my second appointment was booked. The entire process was handled with professionalism and my assessment was thorough.

This is the best dental practice I have ever attended and I've seen many dentists in my life. They consistently provide good advice without pushing unnnecessary intervention and although dental treatment is never enjoyable they make it the least unpleasant experience of any dentist I have attended. My husband hates dentists and has been thrown off several dental lists for repeatedly missing appointments. He has managed to stay with this practice for several years - which is a record - and thoroughly approves of all the staff he has encountered at Banstead Dental Care. All the staff are lovely and the receptionists are excellent at finding appointments at short notice when required.

I was referred to Jenny Lai at Ashley House by my dentist for root canal treatment. I hadn’t had this treatment before and felt very apprehensive. I needn’t have been. From the outset Jenny made me feel at ease. She is very calm and has a soothing voice. She talked me through what was going to happen and why, giving clear explanations. As preparation for treatment began she ensured that I was comfortable and again explained what she was doing. Numbing gel was applied before the anaesthetic was administered. I didn’t experience any pain during the treatment. Afterwards Jenny showed me the X-ray and outlined what she had done. I really hope I don’t need root canal treatment in the future but if I do I wouldn’t hesitate in returning to Jenny at Ashley House. I felt I was in very safe and skilled hands.

Thank you for saving my hopeless front tooth! I was referred to Dr Jennifer Lai by my dentist, who told me the only other option was extraction. I did not want to lose a front tooth and I am so grateful I got to be treated by Dr Lai. She is very thorough, kind and an expert in her field. From explaining everything to me during the consultation, to having a surgical endodontic procedure without even feeling the injection, I cannot recommend her care enough to anyone seeking to save their natural teeth from extraction. My tooth had been root treated many years ago and had an apicectomy done too (the tip of the root was resected in a desperate try to save it in my youth). A few months after having changed the crown on it last year, the tooth started to feel sore and a bubble on the gum appeared again, which only became bigger after antibiotics. My xray showed a big hole in the bone around the tooth. Dr Lai used the latest technology to help my body heal and fill the gap in the bone by using my own blood plasma. My tooth has now healed and feels great, I even saw the bone healed on the latest xray. Thank you so much for your kindness and amazing skills!

I would like to thank Jenny Lai and the team for their wonderful treatment of a root canal for a nervous patient, complicated by cancer treatment/medication issues. I’m posting this review in the hope that it may be useful to others needing a root canal who are taking medication or undergoing treatment which may affect their healing. In 2020 I started chemotherapy followed by 3 years of bisphosphonate (ZOMETA) infusions, which carry the risk of osteonecrosis of the jaw. The following March I also started a clinical trial with a drug which slightly affects the immune system but also slows healing. I then cracked a premolar on some cereal in October 2021 and my dentist, unable to crown the tooth, opted for an onlay. Unfortunately this didn’t heal well and left me with a high degree of sensitivity and intermittent tooth ache. After medical confirmation that a root canal could be attempted my dentist referred me to specialists at Ashley House. The experience at Ashley House was thoroughly professional and Jenny Lai was reassuring and gained my confidence from the start. After listening to my concerns she explained the procedure and, being a nervous patient, she suggested a mild oral sedative from my GP to be taken the evening before and about an hour before the procedure. This combined with headphones and music to drown out the noise proved a winning combination and I didn’t feel a thing. In the months that followed the tooth was still causing some uncomfortable sensations although these did gradually improve. At the 6 month review Jenny mentioned that it might be the tablets causing the issue as other patients on similar medications had also noticed problems so she advised to wait and see approach. In February 2024 I finally finished my clinical trial and, as Jenny suspected, the symptoms improved a lot. There is still a slight sensitivity to pressure in that tooth, which I’m not sure will fade, but the tooth no longer bothers me. At every point throughout the treatment and subsequent reviews her kindness, understanding and explanations gave me every confidence that I had chosen the right person for my treatment and would highly recommend her to anyone in the same position.

A very positive experience. I was greeted by the receptionist and shown to the Waiting Room and the visitor toilet was pointed out to me. When I met the Dentist I was booked to see, I was greeted in a friendly and professional way. This instantly put me at ease. I was shown to the treatment room. The x-ray taken by my dentist was on the computer screen. I had printed a copy of the form I had completed online. This was used as an 'introduction tool' explaining general points about my health and allergies. My teeth were then thoroughly examined. After we talked about the proposed procedure. I was impressed as all possible eventualities were discussed. I left Ashley House Surgery with both appointments required written in my diary and I felt confident that the procedure would be carried out in a professional way.

I visited Howell Hill Dental Practice to fix a chipped tooth. Straight away, I was greeted by a very polite young gentleman at reception. During the procedure, Dr Huseyin was extremely kind and I couldn’t have felt calmer. He warned me there might be some pain/sensitivity but I felt none whatsoever and was extremely pleased with the result. A welcoming and professional service that I would recommend to everyone.

The best dentist ever! I will not go anywhere else... I have a sever needle phobia and have in the past ended up in hospital due to it, Dr Husyein has an amazing nature and calms me ready for any procedure I need. Unfortunately I did have an episode during my last treatment, but Dr Husyein and his assistant didn't panic, brought me round and we talked until I had calmed down. My seizures are not nice for anybody to see but they took it in their stride and did everything right by me. Their patient care is amazing, can't thank them enough!

Fantastic experience with both the dentist, and the hygienist. I had my teeth cleaned at another dental practice half a year ago and they claimed that only airflow would remove the tea stains. Here the stains were all gone with just a regular clean and polish. Could not recommend highly enough. The dentist was fabulous too. She did an excellent job in my teeth.

We have been using Clocktower Dentist centre for a number of years, the quality of their work, especially the implants we have had, has been first class. Andrew really went above and beyond when my wife developed tooth ache one weekend. She called the surgery on Saturday to leave a message on the answering machine just hoping to make an appointment before we went to Devon a few days later. Although the practice is normally closed Andrew called her back soon after and arranged to meet her at the surgery where he had a quick inspection. He diagnosed an abscess and a cracked tooth, organised some antibiotics and made an appointment for Monday. On the Monday he did a root canal filling, took impressions and was able to save the tooth. Really impreesed by the commitment.

Andrew Murphy is a great dentist always equipped with the latest technology and supported by a long line of agreeable and caring staff. Clockwork aren’t the cheapest dentist but sufficient to say Andrew has been our family dentist for over 35 years.

I found Andrew after being turned down by other dentists for implants due to severe bone loss. Luckily, he welcomes difficult cases. Just had my eleven year check up and the implants are still going strong. I would happily recommend Dr. Murphy to any patient with a challenging dental problem.

I must post how fantastic my teeth look now Dr Akshay has completed the top set of teeth. He is a perfectionist and technically very accomplished and professional. The results are astounding and worth every penny spent on the treatment. I did my research before choosing Zen House. I will now have the bottom front teeth done at the end of February, The staff are also very attentive and professional and a pleasure to deal with. The equipment they use is state of the art and no longer do you bite down on compounds to take a teeth impression. Its all done now by "mapping" to get a precice result. To this end I have also decided to use the practice as my "go to" dentist from now on. I had to post my before and after photos to show the amazing work and results

I would like to highly recommend the team in Dorking. I had been referred by my Horsham dentist to see Dr Pauline Lautard for Periodontal work and Sumeet Oberai for Prosthodontics composite bonding. I was anxious but l had no need to be. After Pauline numbed my gums l had no pain or discomfort throughout the procedure. With Sumeet numbing was not needed. He made me feel completely relaxed and again pain free. My teeth look very natural. I am absolutely thrilled.

After a failed root canal elsewhere, I was referred to their incredible team for specialist treatment, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Lauren at reception was wonderfully polite, accommodating, and friendly, instantly putting me at ease. From the very first interaction, I felt I was in good hands. My treatment with Vipul Kataria was nothing short of amazing. I went in feeling very nervous, but his calm and reassuring manner quickly put me at ease. He explained everything thoroughly, was incredibly gentle, and I can honestly say I didn’t feel any pain throughout the procedure. Can’t recommend enough! Reception staff are really nice and welcoming, the dental nurse I had really put me at ease as I’m a nervous patient with anxiety. She did her best to make the experience the best it could be. As for the dentist I saw, (I think he was the owner too) nothing short of amazing! He listened to my concerns about my teeth, what I wanted my end goal to be with no judgement at all. The examination was very in dept - never had a dentist check my mouth that well. He then explained the treatment needed step by step, with reasoning of what had to be done and why. My life long fear of the dentist isn’t as bad now I’ve been to Ivory.
