I visited today for the first time on New Years Eve 2024. I had been unable to obtain an emergency appointment with my existing dentist but my son found this practice and arranged an appointment for me (the practice has multiple excellent reviews) I was in very severe pain and had a large infection in my lower jaw that quite frankly was becoming unbearable. I was seen by Sunie who with the aid of an x-ray confirmed a potentially life threatening abscess. Sunie was very knowledgable and experienced with the right contacts to arrange emergency abscess drainage at Royal Surrey. He helped out with new antibiotics and pain relief. I am so much better after that. I simply cannot thank Sunie and the great staff enough. I could not recommend this practice highly enough. Brilliant service by the hygienist Sarra and Kalpna, thank you. They really do know how to clean teeth with a gentle and confident touch. Thank you too to Beena the practice manager and her wonderful reception team. They did a wonderful job of resolving an issue and went the extra mile, it's a lovely practice with a team that does their best to provide a first class service to their customers. Highly recommend this clinic ;)

As someone who has a phobia of dentists I am always scared of going to the dentist, however Neil and his team as amazing. They are so friendly and understanding and they always manage to put me at ease. I have had some extensive work done here and I can only say how great they are at what they do. Definitely a 5 star service.

Had a root canal procedure with Dr Stefan Ciapryna and it was amazing. No pain afterwards. Loved the water free procedure. Afterwards no pain. Not what I had been told would happen by others. Highly recommend this service.

I was seen on time for an inspection by Mr Marsh, who has been my Dentist for many years. He took time to discuss with me, at my request, potential options for replacing my front crown. This was followed up promptly by an email with a proposed treatment plan that I will be progressing with in the New Year. Thank you Mr Marsh.

As always, my dentist Mr Marsh (Phil) & his assistant Izzy, has given excellent care & service. I have been seeing Mr Marsh every 6 months at this practice for decades, I will not see anyone else. Myself and my daughter both go to Premier Dental Care. Recently both had some treatment by Dr. Joao Luis Louro. We was both nervous and he was calming and made us feel at ease and both appointments were done quick and pain (ish) free. Abby also made us feel very welcome. The practice is very clean and modern. Would highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic service. I travelled from London to see Quincy as he always manages to put me at ease before and during a treatment, not to mention that after a treatment I have no pains and discomfort as I've experienced at other surgeries. I find Quincy to be very attentive during teatment, clearly explaining each step and checking up on my wellbeing throughout. I stopped going for regular check ups due to a horrible dentist I had as I child. Then in my 20s I needed work doing so booked in new haw and it was the best division I made. The receptionist was and always has been kind, welcoming and always remembers me and now my kids. Never once have I walked into the receptionist and just sat there ignored like so many big practice do. I'm always feel welcome there. Sharaz, is my best dentist ever. She talks to you, asks about family, and treats you as a friend. She discussed my cleaning regime, and made me change my ways to prolong the decay of my teeth. She's quick and great my kids. I've been with this dentist for over 15 years now, I've moved twice - further away each time. I now live 10 miles away from them but still attend my 6monthly visits, because they are so great. Highly recommended.

Used these guys after needing some emergency work and my regular dentist wasn't available. They are all so warm and friendly, I have now switched to these guys. Dr Sharoz does outstanding work, and she is competitive in pricing. Vanessa on reception is so lovely, and is the friendliest dental receptionist I've ever met. I recently became a customer after a personal recommendation. The clinic appeared in excellent condition, and equipment seemed to be of a high grade (compared to my previous dentist). Everyone from the reception staff, dentist (Dr Jaymish Patel) and Hygienist (Adam Mohsen) were welcoming, professional, polite and took time to listen to my symptoms. Highly recommend.

I have just finished my Invisalign Treatment with the fantastic Dr Samar and am blown away by the results. Samar has been amazing , super supportive, professional and put in all her effort and expertise to give me the best possible result. The before and after photos speak for themselves! Everyone at the practise from the fantastic Dawn and the team at reception as well the dental nurses has been fantastic, and truly made me feel at home especially as I am very nervous going to the dentist. Sasha the treatment coordinator has also been brilliant and made things super simple and stress free. For the first time in a long time I feel much more confident and happy with my smile and cannot thank the staff at Sync Dental enough especially Dr Samar and would highly recommend to anyone I could not have asked for a better dentist Thank you all so much!

My 14 year old daughter just completed an Invisalign treatment with Dr Samar Morgan and we couldn't be happier with the results and service! I did a lot of research to find the best option for Invisalign dental offices in and around Woking and I'm so glad we chose Sync Dental - not only was the price the best offered when considering initial consultation, etc., but Dr Morgan is above and beyond what we expected. Dr Morgan is so passionate about her work, so good at explaining every step and detail and she is an extremely friendly, kind and compassionate person. I used to have a fear of dentists, and i couldnt put it off any longer as I needed a lot of work done, from fillings, a route canal. Deep clean and a splint. Fantastic dentist and has put me at ease. I’m a new patient at Gatehouse, and I called on Monday to book an appointment. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and managed to help me secure an appointment for today, for a full check-up. When I arrived at the practice, the same person who had spoken to me on the phone gave me the warmest welcome. For my first full check-up, I saw Dr. Andrea Popescu. I shared my concerns with her, and she conducted a very thorough examination. She was so gentle throughout the process and took a lot of time to explain everything to me, addressing all my concerns in detail. The entire process was incredibly efficient, yet caring and thoughtful. The dental nurse was also very friendly, which made the whole experience so comfortable. I went to Gatehouse Dental Practise with a lot of pain in several of my teeth. After Alex did an extraction. Nicole took over my care and her and Mel was fantastic. So caring and understanding especially with my mental health. My teeth are now feeling amazing. Thank you to everyone for all your help and support. I would 100% recommend and now wouldn't go anywhere else.

I met Nadine a couple weeks ago for an emergency appointment to fix a retainer. She was super attentive and welcoming and genuinely one of the best dentist I've had. I immediately booked in a hygienist appointment with her and once again provided an amazing service with useful feedback. Thoroughly recommend Nadine for future visits. Amazing dentist. I have a severe dental phobia and it has taken me a long time to find a dentist that works with me. All the staff are so friendly, especially the receptionist. Now thanks to this lovely dentist im finally on my way to having a nice smile.

I've been going here since they opened and couldn't be more grateful to Dr. Naser Godarzi and the whole team. They are all really friendly and very knowledgeable. I have had invisaline, composite bonding and teeth whitening all done here and the results are perfect. I would recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a better smile.
