Focus Carpentry (Luke) are a fantastic little Gem of a tradesperson to keep in your armoury. Luke communicated well with us throughout the duration of his work and it was completed, on time and on budget (his prices were well bellow competitive quotes). Luke is a master of his trade in my opinion. He cared about the works that he did for us and was a pleasure to have around the house I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Luke and the services that he provides. Carl and the chaps did an excellent job replacing our two front doors, constructing a cabinet for our tumble dryer and a wine rack. The quality of the work is excellent. We recently worked with Swan Lofts & Extensions Surrey to create a new kitchen extension, upstairs bathroom and garden renovation. Swan where professional and organised from the start. They really listened to what we wanted to achieve with our build and produced a detailed plan and timeline of how we would get there. The attention to detail and care that was taken with our home really took the sting and stress out of having extensive building work done. On top of that everyone we worked with from Swan was friendly, communicative and easy to work with, just what you need from your building team.

I woul love to give 20 stars if I could. I need transform my Mercdes sprinter into a mobile beauty salon and Paul did a amazing job. It was a big risk for me putting my big project in someone hands and I knew It was his first job converting a van. He exceed my expectations. When I was not sure about things, he alwyas end up coming with ideas. He is very honesty, hard working, perfectionist and efficient. You would not be disappointed by choosing him.

Pawel went above and beyond while building our gorgeous alcove cupboards and shelves. He was thoughtful, kind and very hardworking, tidying up at the end of everyday and working around our crazy schedule of juggling house renovations with a 6 month old baby. Could not recommend him enough.

Paul did an amazing job and exceeded my expectations in every way. What I thought was going to be a simple job turned out to have multiple hiccups along the way but Paul had a solution every time and made sure that anything we needed to do didn’t compromise on the end result and finish. Paul tidied at the end of each day and left the area so tidy you would barely have known he’d been here! He gave me a very fair price for the job. I can’t recommend Paul enough.

Toby and his colleague Aaron replaced all of our old internal doors with 13 new oak doors which have transformed the look of our house. Toby was very responsive to questions before the work and was the only provider I asked to quote who responded quickly in fact within 24 hours. He suggested slightly different doors to those I proposed which while of the same quality were slightly cheaper. The work was undertaken in a very professional manner and we are very pleased with the outcome and in fact are considering having further work done by Militao Carpentry. They were happy working round our inquisitive dogs, protected the carpets, cleared up at the end of each day (the work took a week) and were always polite and flexible. I would happily recommend.

We got in touch with Toby having followed his work on social media. We had reached the end of a large renovation project and needed some bespoke carpentry items to fit some quirky spaces - fitted ‘open style’ wardrobes in our dresser maximising space, converting a strange shower cupboard in my daughter’s bedroom into some huge storage cupboards (making good the surrounding area), building corner bookshelves in my husband’s study. And creating a storage unit to hide our TV/Console items! On initial meeting, Toby took time to understand our requirements, creating excellent drawings which brought these to life. I got to select the finish in farrow & ball paint to match our rooms, they look fabulous! The products were made and installed with great efficiency. Toby and his team were perfectionists on site and didn’t complete the project until they/us were 100% happy. We would highly recommend his services.

Toby designed and fitted some beautiful cupboards for us. We Have been using them for 6 months now, can tell the quality is good- absolutely no problems. Brilliant communication and also allowed us to change the design (from shaker style to a more traditional finish) at last minute which didn’t affect the final quote.

Ben and Craig undertook the development work of converting two of our farm buildings into a shop and butchery and installed a new toilet and shower block for our campsite. This was a large development project; 4 months in duration, with ambitious deadlines. With our limited knowledge and experience of undertaking such a project, Ben and Craig were integral to the planning process and ensuring that our ideas translated into something that would work in practice. Ben and Craig dealt with all of the challenges of our old buildings without fuss or difficulty. In fact there was a plentiful supply of constructive ideas to deal with any issues arising, cost effectiveness and future proofing the development. At every stage of our project Ben and Craig’s communication was timely and showed consideration for pressures on our own time. They took on most of the liaising with the building control inspector and were proactive in working with the company that undertook the ground works. Something that was of great value to us was the planning and consideration shown by Ben and Craig to allow us to continue to run our business at our busiest time of year: as well as working around other activities that were happening on the farm. The work that Ben and Craig have done is a key part of the future success of our business and so far our customer feedback has been excellent. We cannot recommend them highly enough; yes they are busy, but they go out of their way to ensure an all round top class job; before, during and after the project.

Ben and Craig totally transformed our house. They worked on two big projects for us, firstly moving walls and installing a family bathroom, and secondly knocking through walls and creating a new kitchen/diner and shower room. We completely love the results and it's made such a difference to our experience of being at home. They kept us updated at every step, worked with our budget and delivered craftsmanship to the highest standard. Every single tradesperson that they involved in the work was fantastic. Outside the house, Rafal made and installed 2 doors with framework. The doors and frameworks are sturdy, secure and fit well. Rafal is pleasant and friendly and cleared up well afterwards. His standard of work is high and we would be pleased to use him again.
