We've used Wells Spa Plumbing three times recently and the service is impeccable. We would certainly recommend them. Two visits were for emergencies, one in the house and the other in a workshop, the third was also in the house for a mix of improvements involving new and moving units around, adapting and building-in. The visits were arranged quickly by their reception, without a long wait, even on the next day. Three different people, all on-time, polite, tidy and efficient.
Abdelrahman Sibous and Esmat came together to assess what I thought was a leak. They were charming, thorough, helpful and conscientious and confirmed that I didn’t have a plumbing problem. I would certainly want to employ them again, should I need to.
Once again, Wells Spa Plumbing and Heating have provided us with prompt, reliable, high quality service. This time, it was to install a new oil fired boiler. George, the engineer, did a fantastic job, always polite and cheerful. Excellent communication from James and Emma, who are always very helpful. I highly recommend Wells Spa Plumbing & Heating.
