As a new landlord, Tom and his team completed my EICR check and all the necessary work required to ensure my electrics were safe and secure and passed the necessary standards. The work was completed with little fuss, no mess followed by a detailed invoice with the work completed. Would recommend Tom and his work, a great job at reasonable rates.

I reached out to EICR Electrical Leeds for remedial works following an EICR report, along with additional tasks like installing a new living room socket and replacing a pull-light switch in the bathroom. Thomas and Simon were quick to respond, accommodating my schedule by rearranging theirs. Their work was exceptional, and they completed it at a fair price. I contacted this company who got back to me straight away to arrange an electrical safety survey. They kept in touch throughout. Tom and Sean came to do the survey, they arrived early and gave an absolutely first class service. Tom even sorted a couple of minor issues with no charge.
