Broke a key in my lock at home and called first locksmith name on Google. Paid £49 call out and when locksmith arrived he said it would be £125 to drill out the key, then he would have to change the lock - would be between another £75 to £300!! Refused and called Stephen at Making Home. He came (out of hours) and within seconds extricated the broken key.Didn’t charge as it had taken seconds. Reliable as always. Name on Google which said was local had the name Tradespex Ltd London on the call out bill. Strangely the company originally contacted on Google has disappeared. Beware!
