Brad recently boarded out our loft and installed a roof light. He did a top quality job, turned up on time and was a reasonable price. What more could you want. If you want a reliable person to do a good job of fitting out your loft then I’d highly recommend Brad!

Great work completed by Brad today. Installed a new hatch, some boarding to water tank and a light. Very tidy work, cleaned up well and also filled an existing ceiling crack while he was here. Very happy to recommend Brad.

Brad did an amazing job on clearing my loft and laying new insulation. He then fitted raised boards 5⭐️ He completed in 2 days. Removed all rubbish and was clean and tidy. Would recommend him for any loft improvements. Great job Brad 😀

Having put off the loft needing insulating and boarding for a while it had now become the time to bite the bullet. I searched Google for anyone local to undertake the job. I came across Brad Loft's NW. His website immediately caught my eye with already so many 5 star reviews. He was quick to respond and came round to give a quote very quickly. I could immediately tell Brad was knowledgeable about insulation and loft boarding. I booked in for the weekend of 10th-11th Feb. Brad was on time. He's done an absolutely belting job which me and my partner are chuffed to bits with!!! He was neat and tidy. Cleaned up after himself. He even got rid of some old rubbish for me that the previous owner had left in the loft. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend Brad to anyone I know who needs this type of work doing in the future.
