These guys are brilliant! Very friendly and welcoming. Anything you ask they will do their best nothing is too much for them. Customer service is A* and they will explain the work they have done if you want to and show you bits they have taken off your not treated like an idiot. They told me my car wasn’t worth spending the money on because of other problems with the engine after checking it over. They could have done the work and charged me knowing full well the problems would persist! Very honest and highly recommend

Excellent company. I took my car in because I couldn't access the boot. It took a little longer than expected as Fiat sent them the wrong part but they kept me informed the whole time. When I picked it up they had even cleaned it. Half the price that Fiat had quoted me too.

First time I have used this garage, but it will not be the last. I found the staff friendly and very helpful. The work was done quickly and to a high standard and at a very reasonable price.

Three times I have dropped a car off needing repairs and every time Stourbridge Automotive have fixed and retuned the car in a matter of days. Can’t fault them from rescuing a cap prior to a driving test, fixing a broken suspension coils through tire too sorting leaking cooling manifold. Honest, Professional and efficient

This is the only place me and my husband take are cars. Been taking our cars here for years and never had any problems. Have never paid extortionate prices for parts and labour. Always have always book a free pre-MOTs and an MOT usually for the flowing day ( competitive prices) if work is needed then the parts are ordered and the work is carried out usually the following day the MOT is done. If the pre-MOT doesn't need any work done then the MOT is done then and the following day booked for the MOT is cancelled. Fantastic honest and friendly service, would highly recommend them. I had previously been to other garages before I came across SJ Autos and was highly overcharged. This has never happened with S J Autos. They're just so honest and reliable 5***** +

Car failed MOT and was able to get new tyres fitted in about 30 minutes. Probably would have been quicker if we didn't have the locking wheel nuts hidden away. Staff were nice and really good at what they do. Couldn't have asked for anyone better.

Booked online with Halfords for two new tyres. Staff was quick to serve me and it took approximately 40 minutes. Only thing I would pick up is the tyre pressures were too high when I checked after! Also ensure you log in you car registration when you visit.
