Professional, very reasonably priced and amazing service. One message to Jamie & luckily he could get me in to replace my car battery the following day. Ordered, delivered & fitted while I waited. I honestly wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

Since being LCC, in which I used for 5yrs, I took my car in for a MOT, The Secretary was very pleasant and efficient but spelt me surname wrong on receipt, and Chris the boss man was pleasant to talk to explaining the Advisory fault to me, so ten out of ten, I will have to wait however to have any work done, and will only then be able to rate there performance, I think they will be ok, Dave was great and he is a hard man to follow, I do hope that they match him, If so they will be very good,, Feb 21st 2025 Had my Advisorys done, Suspension arms, bushes and pins both sides on the front, it's a mini car, Chris done a cracking job, the price was very good too, on driving it back home I noticed the difference straight away, he also done the tracking, So I give ten outa ten Chris, great job, keep it up mate, ile recommend ACL to anyone who asks, Thank ya for looking after my car and me, 👍

i've used ACL for a few years now after being recommend by a friend. They've been amazing, their work is excellent, pricing is very good and they are open and honest. After 20 years of driving this is the only time I've felt I could recommend a garage to anyone.

A few days ago my wife’s C class Mercedes ( mileage 42,000) failed the MOT. I was shocked. The sub frame And brake pipes Had Corroded, I was told it must be a Mercedes specialist job.which would take two weeks And some garages didn’t even want to know because it was so complicated. However, Neil ( Wordsley Motors) recommended me to F W Jones. In three and half days, I have the car Back. The Job is completed with a new sub frame, brake pipes and we have saved £550. against the Mercedes specialist price. They also MOT’d it. These guys know what they’re doing. Fantastic service. Excellent company. I took my car in because I couldn't access the boot. It took a little longer than expected as Fiat sent them the wrong part but they kept me informed the whole time. When I picked it up they had even cleaned it. Half the price that Fiat had quoted me too.

I will rate this garage 5 stars even though I am yet to go there. It has to be better than (what was) Prestwood Garage down the road..

Customer service is A* and they will explain the work they have done if you want to and show you bits they have taken off your not treated like an idiot. Highly recommend this garage, excellent service every time. Myself and my husband have been using BTS for over 10 years now and can't fault them on their knowledge, service or price. They have a friendly team, who always acknowledges me when I am dropping off my car. They are a very busy garage yet they always do their best to try to accommodate my work pattern and commitments which I appreciate so much. They also supplied a courtesy car at no additional cost to me on one occasion to help me with getting to hospital while my car was being fixed. Forever grateful.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful. After leaving my car, I got dropped off home and collected after the job was done. To my surprise, they even washed my car. How can anyone beat that. The team were friendly, Antayah dealt with me initially on the phone and greeted me when I arrive at the garage, she had a great telephone manner and made me feel like there way no trouble with me dropping in to get a puncture looked at.
