Fast response, got the car in in no time and the repairs carried out were done well, at a low cost and had plenty of communication throughout the process. good garage and friendly people👍.

Good first impressions over the phone when booking in, very polite. Same thing when I walked in the office. Same level of respect from the technicians. Had my alternator changed for a few hours. My battery charged and checked for free. A vacuum pipe changed for free which I was not aware was faulty at all. Everything met and exceeded my expectations really. You don't really get that level of service in any other garage from my personal experience. First time in but definitely would recommend based on my experience so far. You get an invoice straight to your email either which is quite handy for future references. A big thank you and a big thumbs up to the whole team 👍

So I know I've already sung the praises of this business so why add more? Well, when the chips are down and the world is kicking you where it hurts, having a team of people who are willing to pull the stops out for you to at least solve your transport issues is both comforting and reassuring, knowing that whatever the problem is, it will be resolved and it will be done properly. This week both cars have developed issues that have taken them off the road!! I know ..... what are the chances! A phone call provided lots of advice on how to solve things quickly and at minimal cost. Sadly, not that easy. Anyway, one car is in there this morning, the other is being picked up later today. But it's not just the fact that they calmly get you through it, it's the way it's done. Always treat people the way you would want them to treat you they say and everyone here seems to have the same philosophy which is why I say it's comforting coming here. Smiles, good mornings, how are you, don't worry we've got this ...... you just know you're in safe hands here. This is the third garage review I've done. Now that does not mean I can't find a decent garage, in fact, if you look at my reviews they are all very positive. So why another. Logistics is the answer. I have been lucky, or I've researched my services thoroughly beforehand, whichever, and it seems my luck is continuing. I needed somewhere more accessible so I sat on Google and searched around and M&R have some positive feedback. It's well deserved. I was met by the owners when I walked in one afternoon to discuss the problem on my car. They were very reassuring and arranged for me to drop it off the following. One of the team called me a little later that day, explained exactly what was wrong, gave me a price, ordered the parts and it was ready for collection just after lunch the next day. Everyone seems approachable, knowledgeable and willing to help. This is a full service garage that isn't overpriced and I happen to know they are expanding their services into things like supplying tyres. There are sadly some dubious garages still out there but if you do your research, there are some great garage services around. I have already arranged to call back in here for a little job to be fixed and I will be booking both cars in for a full service over the next few weeks. Thanks everyone.
