Took Car for Mot Wednesday, two nice chaps, and even though a problem, they were thorough going through,cars now with my son in law.

Booked in to have my car looked at from a grinding noise, all garages in the area were busy but they managed to get a decent date sorted for me, they sorted my car in no time, 5* from me, I will be going to surefit for all my car servicing from now on, top lads!

had my evoque in for clunking noise from front after a grid flipped up and hit under wheel arch the guys changed coil spring and top bush really quickly and at a reasonable price i can never fault these guys and have used them for years and will for years to come see you in november for mot guys thanks a lot in for mot this morning 141124 all good as usual thanks guys

I went in recently to get the brakes on my Skoda fabia fixed as they weren’t working at all. Because they weren’t working, I had to get my car transported via recovery vehicle to Jacks garage. This process was quite cheap and very easy - Jacks recovery guy setup a date and time he’d pick my car up from my drive and lift it to the shop. He was a very nice lad, the recovery was done swiftly whilst I was at work. It only took the lads in the shop a day to replace my brakes and from what I can tell they got the job done to the highest standard I could ask for. I went in to collect my car later that day and I was on the road again after paying a more than fair price. To summarise, the lads at Jacks autos have great communication and are good at what they do and I will certainly be returning for any future problems that may occur. Unlike other garages I have been to, there were no problems that sprung up. For example, I’ve been to garages before to get work done on my car and ended up leaving with a car fault which wasn’t previously there! That didn’t happen with Jacks lads. I would recommend Jacks autos to anyone looking to get work done on their car :)

Found jack from recommendations off Facebook. Booked me in the following week for a wet belt change on my transit van. He was done in few hours very reliable and helpfull I will be using jack as my main mechanic from now one. Also sent me numbers for a auto teck and for new keys 👍 cheers for that jack 👌

My wife is pregnant. I was at work and our car had broken down (wouldn't start and cut out when it did) she managed to get it home and spoke with jack on the phone and he was very patient professional and informative. She took the car to the garage for a diagnostic check and fortunately the car cut out whilst there and when jack heard the noise as the car cut out again he knew straight away what the issue was and dealt with it quick and effectively. The cost of this was less than what we originally came in for. Fantastic service very thankful that he was able to support my wife and keep her calm and take the stress off her. Absolutely brilliant and will return for all our future car troubles.

Took my car in for an MOT expecting the worst (problems with the car), MOT was at 10 and by half 11 I had a call saying it had passed with no advisories which was a big relief! I also left some loose change in the car and my dash cam/a few other bits I forgot to take out and it was all still there when picking up (car wash in the area wasn't so trustworthy!). The receptionist was really friendly and nice, MOT was £48 so I can't complain at all! It's my new regular!

Being female can be an issue when taking your car in , not at Moss car servicing treated with respect cause of problem explained , repaired and back on the road. Would definitely recommend.

What a good garage and great staff . And must be one of the cleanest garages in the uk.. took my dads vw polo here for its mot . Nice clean viewing area and waiting room even offered a cup of tea . Will be using them again and recommend. Many thanks

Took my car in this morning to get fixed not knowing what the issue was .got told what the issue was in a matter of hours ,explained to me very detailed .the job got done in a few hours ,new spark plugs and coil pack , again everything was explained and shown to me when I picked the car up .very fair price . I will be takeing my car here from now on .highly recommend.

This was the first time I used this garage. Have had a few negative experiences with other garages in Tyldesley. Not anymore, so helpful at Exchange and Mart a real family business so helpful and very reasonably priced. Didn't make me feel like stupid female once, would definitely recommend and will be using again. In fact my daughter has already booked in.

MOT - I’m new to the area and found this Garage for my Mercedes. Upon entering the Garage I found it very clean and tidy with a nice parking facility area for my car. Stephen was very knowledgeable and I friendly guy. Everything from drop off to collection was carried out very professionally and paperwork on point presented in a wallet for me with his details for future ( which I will definitely need) . Superb workshop, they look after my mums car for her and today I needed a minor repair sorting as I had scraped the underarm of my car on a high curb. They sorted it for me in moments and got me out of a real hole as needed to drive back to Wirral. Cheers everyone!!
