My wife is pregnant. I was at work and our car had broken down (wouldn't start and cut out when it did) she managed to get it home and spoke with jack on the phone and he was very patient professional and informative. She took the car to the garage for a diagnostic check and fortunately the car cut out whilst there and when jack heard the noise as the car cut out again he knew straight away what the issue was and dealt with it quick and effectively. The cost of this was less than what we originally came in for. Fantastic service very thankful that he was able to support my wife and keep her calm and take the stress off her. Absolutely brilliant and will return for all our future car troubles.

I went in recently to get the brakes on my Skoda fabia fixed as they weren’t working at all. Because they weren’t working, I had to get my car transported via recovery vehicle to Jacks garage. This process was quite cheap and very easy - Jacks recovery guy setup a date and time he’d pick my car up from my drive and lift it to the shop. He was a very nice lad, the recovery was done swiftly whilst I was at work. It only took the lads in the shop a day to replace my brakes and from what I can tell they got the job done to the highest standard I could ask for. I went in to collect my car later that day and I was on the road again after paying a more than fair price. To summarise, the lads at Jacks autos have great communication and are good at what they do and I will certainly be returning for any future problems that may occur. Unlike other garages I have been to, there were no problems that sprung up. For example, I’ve been to garages before to get work done on my car and ended up leaving with a car fault which wasn’t previously there! That didn’t happen with Jacks lads. I would recommend Jacks autos to anyone looking to get work done on their car :)

Had a problem with the water pump and Jack sorted it quickly. He kept me informed every step of the way. Couldn't be happier.

Found jack from recommendations off Facebook. Booked me in the following week for a wet belt change on my transit van. He was done in few hours very reliable and helpfull I will be using jack as my main mechanic from now one. Also sent me numbers for a auto teck and for new keys 👍 cheers for that jack 👌
