Nice little coffee shop with plenty of seating. Coffee was quite nice and not as bitter as Costa. The buns were nice as well. We sat upstairs on this occasion looking out towards the old White Lion pub. Update for December 2024. Came in with my friend and sat in the window seat this time. Again, a really safe and relaxed feel to the place.
Popped in today, we loved it. Great value, good coffee and delicious food. Family friendly. Staff are friendly and polite. We will be back again! X
Easily the best coffee shop in Stockport, great building, friendly staff, and good coffee
Really nice and welcoming place with great coffee, friendly staff and delicious treats. The cookies and muffins are really moist and strong in flavour, and the coffee is at the perfect temperature. They also do good “too good to go” surprise bags.
Beautiful building, a real hidden gem! It was lovely and quiet around 9:30am on a Saturday. The queue was starting to build by 10am when I left. The brownie had a nice homemade taste, but it was a little dry. I find this is usually the case in cafes, but this was certainly one of the better ones. You can also choose to have it warmed and served with cream when you order. The mocha frappe was also good, but a frappe is different to an iced mocha, so expect it to be sweet!
