“So good we came here 2 days in a row! I found this location through google due to the high star rating and the super picture perfect food. But its not style over substance. It tastes as good as it looks! The first morning i had apple cinnamon French toast and my husband had chocolate chip pancakes. I had pancake envy and wanted to try the pancakes so the second morning just before our drive home i had the berry pancakes and my husband had the oreo french toast. Both sets of food were exceptional! The service was brilliant and a lovely lady even remembered us discussing where we were going the day before. We wouldnt hesitate to visit again! Highly recommend a trip if your in Manchester!”

“June 2024 They haven't changed. Still excellent coffee and beautiful, delicious cakes. It's one of these coffee shops where you can relax completely. Nov 2023 An update after our visit a few days ago. They still have these lovely cakes, make the extra strong capuchino (the coffee they use is nice), serve everything with a smile. We are not locals - from Cambridge - and wish that there was a Fino in our city. Mancunians are lucky. 2022 We have walked past Fino many times and never realised that it is such a brilliant place. Why didn't we look at the reviews? Almost all 5 stars and well deserved. Staff are very friendly, the coffee is very good and the cakes that are home made are delicious. Not that it applied to us but they're obviously very child friendly. With so many 5 stars it won't surprise anyone that it is also spotless. Time to make up for lost opportunities. We'll be back soon to try the food”

“A Delightful Sunday Lunch Experience at South Station Levenshulme My family and I recently had the pleasure of dining at South Station in Levenshulme, and it was an experience that left us thoroughly impressed. Accompanied by my wife and our two grown-up daughters, we were treated to a memorable Sunday lunch that felt like a quintessential London dining experience, right in the heart of Levenshulme. The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the roast lamb and roast chicken, both cooked to perfection. The lamb was tender and flavorful, while the roast chicken was succulent and well-seasoned. Each dish was accompanied by a delightful selection of sides that complemented the mains beautifully. For dessert, we indulged in rhubarb pie and sticky toffee pudding. The rhubarb pie was a lovely balance of tart and sweet, with a perfectly flaky crust. Meanwhile, the sticky toffee pudding was rich and decadent, a true treat for the senses. The wine selection was commendable, and I thoroughly enjoyed the Merlot I chose. It paired wonderfully with the meal, enhancing the flavors of both the lamb and the chicken. Beyond the food, the service at South Station was exceptional. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Their warm hospitality contributed significantly to the overall enjoyment of our lunch. The atmosphere of the restaurant deserves special mention as well. South Station has successfully created a space that exudes a certain charm and elegance, reminiscent of a London eatery. The ambiance was inviting and cozy, making it the perfect setting for a relaxing Sunday lunch with family. In conclusion, South Station Levenshulme offers a dining experience that is both delightful and memorable. With excellent food, outstanding service, and a great atmosphere, it truly feels like a slice of London right here in Levenshulme. We left with satisfied palates and fond memories, and we look forward to returning for another splendid meal.”

“Really good Sunday roast - I had the vegan roast and my friend had the beef, and we were very impressed! They didn’t have a table when we first arrived but we could reserve one for 45 minutes time and we went downstairs for a drink first which was also very nice. Quite expensive but very good quality food and drinks. Lovely atmosphere with lots of nice plants. Friendly and professional staff.”

“I had the privilege of attending a Latte Art class with Dale. 8 participants and you have a 2h session which consists mainly of practice, practice and more practice! I found it super helpful as it would be impossible to practice so many times in a row at home, so having the resources and space to practice something over and over was so helpful and I’d say you really get what you pay for. It’s a really good value class, fun and you even walk away with a bag of beans of your choice. I feel like I made progress during the class and feel a lot more confident now in trying latte art at home. You get to work with high quality equipment which is a treat. Dale was very approachable and friendly and I’d totally recommend this class to anyone who’s interested in working on their barista skills.”
