Had a fab visit today at urban hair and nails all staff are verry welcomming my sylist was Taylor after asking me what i wanted she did a fab cut and blow we also had a good chat too thankyou verry much xx

It was my first time at Urban but it won't be my last. I get very anxious finding new salons as I haven't been to one in many years but every single person that spoke to me was absolutely lovely! My stylist listened to what I wanted and by God did she make it happen! I chose this salon based on reviews and they do live up to their rating. The girls here are so lovely and genuinely care about what you want. I would highly recommend urban hair. 100%. Thank you for making look and feel beautiful ladies. :)

Just out of the salon and so happy with the treatment I got. They fit me in last minute for a blow-dry and from the moment I got in I was greeted with a warm welcome. The two girls who did my hair(so sorry I've forgotten yer names) were so friendly and did an amazing job. I'm moving over from Ireland soon, so I'll definitely be making this my regular hairdresser. I would highly recommend! :)

Booked in with Bev and she managed to fit me in for another service at the same time. What a wonderful woman. Makes you feel so at easy and she is lovely. The most comfortable wax I’ve ever had and a fantastic tan talked through by Bev ti meet my needs exactly. Salon is very inviting and spotless. Highly recommended

I brought my Mum to Ruby Jo’s - we both had the Nano Infusion Advanced Skin Treatment. The whole experience was wonderful - the building and rooms are stunning, the setup is exceptional and Bev who did both treatments is an absolute dream. She took the time to explain the different products and understand our skin types and we left feeling so relaxed. Our skin looks and feels incredible too. I’m based down in London but will absolutely be back up for my next treatment - Mum has already booked in too. We can’t wait to come back - thank you for having us x

I have been to many different places for eyelash extensions before visiting Ruby Jo’s and I’ve never had such an expert service before. Jo is a miracle worker and I would never go anywhere else. My eyelashes are long and full whilst looking natural. They are perfect!

The best nails I've had in a long time! Lovely music and atmosphere. Friendly staff who are very focused and have a strong attention to detail. I had extensions fitted for the first time yesterday and I am thrilled with the results. When I had my consultation I was very impressed with Wendy's knowledge and she talked me through the whole process including the aftercare that extensions need . Her pricing is clear , transparent and very reasonable which gave me the full picture . She talked me through the full cost of having extensions and the maintenance of them . This showed me that Wendy cares about her clients and has a great pride in what she does. Wendy colour matched my extensions perfectly with my own hair . She listened to what I wanted and she delivered exactly that. From a bob to flowing locks. Wendy is very professional but also very friendly. She was a pleasure to have in my home.
