First time going for my hair done by Emma. She was amazing and did my hair exactly how I wanted it. Recommending hair products to me and getting the colour to how I wanted it. Would 100% recommend and looking forward to my next appointment xx

Best hairdresser my mum and I have used. I first went to see Emma after another hairdresser had ruined my hair, Emma was reassuring and fixed my hair exactly how i wanted it. That was over 4 years ago and we have used her regularly ever since. Highly recommend!! 😊 Photo of destroyed hair from other hairdresser (looked like a sunset!) And once Emma had worked her magic (took a few months but my hair was strong and healthy again! 🥰)

First visit to the salon. I had a wonderful conditioning treatment with steam, massage, mask and waterfall with Kate. It was just what I needed! I love the little touches like the nutrition drink to complement your treatment and mini gift bag. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you 🤩

My first time at the styling house I already can’t wait to return, I had the hair spa and cut and blow. Holly was amazing so friendly and welcoming and had great advice about what style to have my hair.

Georgia was professional, friendly and helpful. I hadn’t had my hair done in a while and Georgia patiently explained my options and what she thought would be beneficial for my hair health. I had a brilliant time and will be coming back again!

Absolutely divine experience! Joanne is so experienced and works magic with hair - my hair is fine & she gave me the best cut I've ever had, plus giving me lots of helpful advice. The hair spa and massage were incredibly relaxing, and the tea served in a little teapot with biscuit added a lovely touch. The salon combines hair services with well-being in a brilliant way & I left feeling truly pampered. I made a 1.5 hour round trip for my session and it was worth every mile!

Always a worry when you change hairdressers, but that worry was unfounded , fabulous haircut and will certainly be a regular as next appointment already booked

Been here a few times and they always do a great job, very knowledgeable in regard to colours the staff are clearly highly trained and experienced. Reasonably priced and an overall fantastic experience!

My hair this morning was in need of a cut a serious cut, it was dry and brittle but walked out of Hair by Drew feeling amazing, my hair now feels so much lighter and healthier, definitely be back and recommending to all my family and friends.

Booked in with Bev and she managed to fit me in for another service at the same time. What a wonderful woman. Makes you feel so at easy and she is lovely. The most comfortable wax I’ve ever had and a fantastic tan talked through by Bev ti meet my needs exactly. Salon is very inviting and spotless. Highly recommended

I have been to many different places for eyelash extensions before visiting Ruby Jo’s and I’ve never had such an expert service before. Jo is a miracle worker and I would never go anywhere else. My eyelashes are long and full whilst looking natural. They are perfect!

I brought my Mum to Ruby Jo’s - we both had the Nano Infusion Advanced Skin Treatment. The whole experience was wonderful - the building and rooms are stunning, the setup is exceptional and Bev who did both treatments is an absolute dream. She took the time to explain the different products and understand our skin types and we left feeling so relaxed. Our skin looks and feels incredible too. I’m based down in London but will absolutely be back up for my next treatment - Mum has already booked in too. We can’t wait to come back - thank you for having us x

It was my first time at Urban but it won't be my last. I get very anxious finding new salons as I haven't been to one in many years but every single person that spoke to me was absolutely lovely! My stylist listened to what I wanted and by God did she make it happen! I chose this salon based on reviews and they do live up to their rating. The girls here are so lovely and genuinely care about what you want. I would highly recommend urban hair. 100%. Thank you for making look and feel beautiful ladies. :)

Such a warm welcoming little shop and the hairdresser is an absolute angel. She listened to how going to a salon was very new to me and was so kind and considerate. She gave me a brand new look that wasn't too extreme but not too ordinary and it made me feel very comfortable. I'm happy and pleased with my first experience. She has my trust. I will be coming again to maintain or even experiment with my hair. I will be getting the wolftail haircut next time! Haha
