I had my 50th birthday celebration here. The host is very easy to work with. Highly responsible family. The location is amazing. My guests were blown away by the ambience. It's very spacious for my party. The toilets are super clean and sophisticated. I highly recommend this venue. The price is also great. Thank you for hosting my 50th birthday celebration.

My son’s wedding took place in June and we had a fabulous experience! We were able to book our own catering, stage decorators and use our own table decorations. We had 250 guests & Saf gave us really good ideas about table accommodation, layouts & provided us with hired toilet facilities which were top notch. Parking for guests was free, very easy & close to the marquee but didn’t intrude. We also booked an ice cream van which Saf was happy for us to bring onto the grounds. The marquee itself was beautifully set up, looked fantastic in the sunshine & gave our event such a special but also informal feel. Our guests really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere! All in all a very unique venue, set in a secluded but easy to get to, picturesque area of Medway. The whole planning process was made easier as Saf was very flexible. Would definitely recommend & will be coming back!!

Saf provided an amazing blank canvas allowing us to create our own completely unique wedding. It was fantastic. He was on hand constantly to assist with any issues that we encountered. The venue is absolutely gorgeous.

Great party venue for our big birthday celebration. We had the freedom of the estate and our guests loved the vastness of the site. Saf and his team provided us all the tools we needed to be a great host. Plenty of parking available with a parking attendant on site to ensure everyone parked safely. Site was clean and the toilets were the real surprise. Clean and well stocked. I highly recommend this venue for all your parties, weddings and receptions.

Fantastic venue, a hidden gem, we had all day friday to set up, all day Sunday to clear up, the owner is very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.
