Popped in for a milkshake and ended up getting a small meal for my daughter. Brilliant, friendly service. We were the only ones in the restaurant and they were still attentive.
The restaurant that’s recommended by local people. The portion is very big (for an Asian lady), I ordered half rack of BBQ Ribs with jacked potatoes and the ribs is very tender and tasty. My mum ordered a Chicken Parm pasta and it’s nothing miracle but satisfying. The price is not cheap but reasonable, 4 dishes below (for 4 people) costed us £92.5 in total. The food took ~10mins to arrive and the service/staff is fantastic. All in all it’s a comfort food that won’t disappoint.
My partner and I visited with our toddler. The toddler has both Dairy and Soya intolerances and I am a very difficult eater. Jamie and the chef bent over backwards to give us a Tailor made meal each. Both of which were fantastic! I can not thank them enough.

Everything we ordered was fresh and flavorful, making it a satisfying meal. What stood out the most was the exceptional service we received from Robert. He was incredibly nice, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit, ensuring that we had everything we needed and making us feel genuinely welcome. His positive attitude added to the overall dining experience. I would definitely recommend Frankie & Benny's for a relaxed and enjoyable meal, thanks to both the tasty food and the outstanding service!
