Amazing meal with my family today. All the food was delicious and the venue is so well done. Everything was high quality and we are already planning our return.
Took my mum here from her care home to celebrate her 82nd birthday. I had a gift voucher due to an awful service experience at another Elite Pubs location. The server we had (Oscar) couldn't have been more attentive and lovely and he really should be training the staff at the other venue! Thank you so much Oscar for making my mum feel special on her birthday. You really went the extra mile and it made me emotional to see her so happy.
I stay here regularly whenever I’m working away in Kent, probably a dozen or so times in the last couple of years. The rooms are spacious with good size desks, offering plenty of room for Teams calls etc. The food is great, so rare to be able to buy a vegetable when working away and I really appreciate the seasonal variety. Location is convenient, easily accessible by car or a 10 min brisk walk from Lenham station, direct line from Victoria. Lots of decent walks nearby for the summer evenings. Best of all is the exceptional welcome from Jozsef, Zoe, Julie, Norrie and the team. When working away multiple nights per week the friendliness really makes a difference, and man do these guys pull out all the stops. I tend to sit quietly in the corner whilst I witness countless locals pour out their souls speaking of divorce and regrets, all of which are handled with professionalism from the Elite pubs team. As I sit there admiring the patience of the team I can’t help but wonder what my own wife is up to 250 miles away from me. I assume she is enjoying a good film night with her bf.
