Tom and Great British Events helped me plan my 32nd birthday in our home garden! Tom listened to my ideas from the start and was very prompt to answer even the smallest question. Had a fantastic experience working with Tom, who helped me organise a post wedding BBQ for family celebrating my brother and his new wife. Tom made it so easy and stress free for me, he listened to the brief and sourced all the suppliers. Tom helped me communicate with the suppliers when there were delays on deliveries, but everything arrived in time for our event. We had a small issue with rain on the day the marquee went up, as the grass became quite wet and a bit muddy, but Tom thought on his feet and was able to bring some carpet that we could use at the entrance of the marquee to help clean shoes upon exiting the marquee. Tom also went the extra mile and helped with setting up in the morning which was greatly appreciated. He made it look great and was very helpful with suggesting setup styles and also displaying the flowers that we brought back from the wedding. Guests were very impressed with the quality of the catering too. What an incredible Wedding Venue! I photographed Kara & Sam's 2 day wedding celebration here in summer 2023, and it was an absolute blast! If you're looking for a venue that ticks every box, look no further. The team are fantastic, attentive and know weddings inside out. The gardens and grounds lend themselves perfectly to weddings of any size, and it's just a short walk to the sea. As a wedding photographer, I'm always on the hunt for venues that provide a beautiful, romantic setting for couples to celebrate their love. Pylewell Park in the heart of the New Forest certainly fits that description - it's a quintessential English country estate that looks plucked straight from the pages of a Jane Austen novel. From the moment you turn down the long, winding driveway lined with ancient trees, you get a sense of the grandeur awaiting at Pylewell Park. The grade II listed 17th century manor house sits majestically amidst rolling lawns and meticulous gardens. Couples have the option to get married in the charming village church nearby, or take advantage of Pylewell's stunning grounds for an outdoor ceremony beneath the spreading oak trees. No matter the ceremony location, Pylewell's grand entrance hall provides an elegant space for the bride's arrival and first look with her partner, full of historic character with its ornate fireplace and sweeping staircase. The bridal suite upstairs is equally impressive, with soaring ceilings, huge windows, and lovely views over the estate - perfect for capturing the getting ready moments. After the ceremony, the manicured lawns and gardens surrounding the manor make for an idyllic setting for the drinks reception and couple's portraits. I loved exploring all the little nooks and crannies with the newlyweds I photographed, finding colourful blooming flowers, ornate archways, and stately trees around every corner. As the evening festivities commenced, the pavilion marquee set up on the grounds offered a grand yet cosy space for the wedding breakfast and dance floor revelries. The pastel floral decor and staging provided by Pylewell created such an elegant, romantic ambiance. And of course, no review of Pylewell Park would be complete without mentioning the breathtaking photo opportunities as the sun begins to set over the New Forest. Grabbing couples for golden hour portraits in front of the manor's facade is a photographer's dream. Pylewell Park combines the timeless grandeur of an English estate with a relaxed countryside vibe that lets couples and guests fully soak in the festivities. It's truly a world-class wedding venue right in the heart of one of the UK's most scenic locations. I can't recommend it enough to couples looking for a romantic, elegant setting.

Having Rosie as part of our wedding day (and the months leading up to it) was one of the best decisions we made. She was so calm, composed and “on it” throughout the whole process that we couldn’t help but feel that way too! She is incredibly knowledgeable and just bubbling with amazing ideas. Having a marquee wedding on our family farm, we really appreciated her expert eye but also her focus on the environment and sustainability. My only regret is that we discovered Rosie about halfway through our planning - I only wish we could have worked with her from the beginning.

We have collaborated with Rosie on several events to date with our bell tent and luxury loo hire; she is a joy to work with and consistently creative. We worked with Melanie for our wedding at Came House last year, and can honestly say she is one fantastic woman and the best wedding planner we could have hoped for. She is so experienced and organised, gave great advice throughout whilst listening to all our ideas. Her knowledge of the area and suppliers (as well as all her hard work) really helped to bring our vision to life. This was no easy feat as we had quite a few parts to fit into the weekend, but Melanie made it work! When we first visited House of Styling's barn, we were blown away by the range or different items and themes available to rent for our special day. Kirsty took care to listen to what we wanted and came up with a quote for us that we were able to amend as time went on and we knew more about what we wanted for our wedding. Kirsty always responded to emails quickly and was willing to have phone calls too for me to run through questions before the big day. I worried about being "in the way" when we were putting out our own few bits and pieces or collecting them and she was very reassuring that it was our day and that they were there to support us. Kirsty and Laura make a great team and seem to really care about the detail of what they're doing, I was so pleased with the work that they had done and the care and effort they put into making sure our venue looked just like I imagined!

A wonderful team! Kirsty and the House of Styling decorated our venue in August. They were so helpful in the run up to our wedding, creating a moodboard for us so we could visualise how everything would look. I attempted a wedding fair at the holiday inn and event Themes immediately caught my eye the table display looked beautiful and I knew I I wanted them to decorate our venue. Unfortunately our wedding got cancelled three times down to covid but jodie was amazing and kept in contact with me all the way through. 5 stars are not enough! From the day I met Jodie she put my mind at ease! I didn't have a clue where to begin planning a wedding, Jodie patiently sat down with me (and my Pinterest board) and went through everything. Jodie made examples of the centerpieces I had shown her in our colour scheme and they were exactly what we had wanted. Closer to the date Jodie met with myself and my husband and made sure we had everything we needed and reminded us of things we'd forgotten along the way. Throughout the whole process Jodie was never pushy for us to spend more money and worked alongside us with our budget. On the day everything was beautiful and the time and effort spent on every little detail was obvious. I would recommend event themes for any occasion and will definitely be using them again for future events! Thank you!

Jodie was an absolute pleasure to work with from the moment we began. She listened to what we wanted and made it happen, and it turned out better than we could have ever imagined. The flowers were stunning, the table decorations, the ramp decorations, the lanterns, the aisle and even down to her helping us make a U shaped table possible- was all perfect. Every single guest commented on how beautiful it was and complimented her work. Thank you to all at Event Themes by JW for the time spent setting up the on Friday and Saturday and for making the moving of flowers and relaying/ adding bar table’s absolutely seem less! I could literally go on and on about each and every aspect of the day… but I won’t. They truly exceeded expectations and made our dreams come true- contributing to making our wedding day the best day of our lives !

We were recommended Linen & Lace by our florist and I'm so glad she did! Sam has been a dream supplier from day one and completely understood the look & feel we were going for from the moment we spoke on the phone. When it was safe to do so, we were able to visit Sam at her studio, this gave us the chance to look at all the items available and discuss what would suit our day, Sam also organized our linen and napkins which was such a great help as was one less thing we had to worry about. As our wedding was in December we were only allowed 15 guests but that did not stop Sam creating the most beautiful tablescape, she is so talented and the end creation took our breath away. We have had so much feedback from our family & friends about how beautiful the table and room were, we couldn’t agree more! Sam was an absolute delight from start to finish. I knew I wanted everything at our wedding to look pretty, but had no idea how to make it look nice, fortunately Sam did! I gave her some vague ideas, and she put together exactly what I wanted somehow. She was really easy to get hold of and talk to. We adjusted some things closer to the date, and everything came together beautifully. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone!

Sam decorated for our Wedding at Balmer Lawn last Saturday and she did an incredible job it was everything that I hoped for and more! We explained what we wanted and showed pictures and nothing was too much trouble and she got everything spot on. The candles, vases etc that she used were just so beautiful and exactly the style I wanted. She made use of the table decor on the window sills and registrar table during the ceremony so nowhere in the room looked empty. We had soo many compliments on the decor and how beautiful it was. I can’t thank Sam at Linen and Lace enough. She worked tirelessly to make our vision come to life. I had all my own decor and a plan for our wedding that was very detailed and Sam executed it perfectly. I am sure that I nearly killed her but she did it with ease, professionalism and a smile on her face, it was like working with a good friend. I am so grateful as she created this bespoke for us and I could not have asked for more. She set up, packed down and out of hundreds of glass items and a van full, it all made it back. It was expertly done. Very highly recommended. I enjoyed every moment setting up with her. Her comms are fantastic and she has an excellent eye for detail. We went to the Eastleigh winter event today and I can honestly say that I was very impressed. I was expecting the usual array of 'junk' stands, overpriced and under quality, wow was I wrong! This event was what all events should strive for. A wide array of high quality, handmade items. There was a really broad selection of items and the prices were VERY impressive. The atmosphere was brilliant, everybody was very friendly and it really did exude Christmas. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would like to thank those responsible for making it such a wonderful day. This is what a Christmas event should be

I've taken my stand to the two new Eastleigh Markets run by Dream Empire, and I've been very impressed by their organisation and communication in advance and on the day, and their pitch fees are very reasonable too! I'm looking forward to being at more of their events next year.
