Still coming down from the high of getting married at The Post Barn on 6th March. From our very first visit all the way to wedding day (and even since), everything has been amazing about this venue. The team working at The Post are honestly amazing. We’ve had the pleasure of planning our wedding alongside Hollie from the team, and everything has been enjoyable. No question was too silly, no ask was too much, no email went ignored and on the day the team stepped it up even further and made everything run seamlessly. We’re still getting compliments on the venue itself, the food, the team and the overall atmosphere. I couldn’t have imagined having our day anywhere else and we will be forever grateful to the team at The Post for the best day of our lives. If you’re thinking of getting married here then just book a visit, you’ll be hard pushed to find somewhere better. Thank you again, team!

Choosing The Post Barn for our wedding venue was the best decision! From our first meeting, we fell in love with this venue straight away... The team are absolutely amazing. I will struggle to put into words how fantastic the Post Barn have been from start to finish of our wedding day. Every detail was thought about and communicated with us! No stone left unturned and sorted for us at every step! The venue itself is beautiful! Fantastic grounds, great size, brilliant to have everything in one place no moving around needed. The planning meetings were great every tiny personal detail I wanted to include was listened to and noted for the big day, the food was phenomenal and guests genuinely said it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had!! The staff truly made this experience, I felt like a princess the whole day and like I didn’t have to lift a finger. I knew the team had got everything sorted and I didn’t worry about anything at all!! If you’re thinking about booking The Post Barn do it!! The Post is a truly remarkable venue that redefines the concept of a barn wedding or event space. As a wedding photographer, I was blown away by its contemporary design and attention to detail, making it an absolute dream to work in.

We have worked with Rosie on events including our own open weekends and she is an absolute joy to work with. She is great at organising people, extremely friendly and approachable. Not only is she creative but she is able to take your ideas and turn them into something truly spectacular. We recommend Rosie to all our clients and look forward to working with her lots more in the future. If I was getting married again (which I am not planning on) I would hire Rosie immediately!

Having Rosie as part of our wedding day (and the months leading up to it) was one of the best decisions we made. She was so calm, composed and “on it” throughout the whole process that we couldn’t help but feel that way too! She is incredibly knowledgeable and just bubbling with amazing ideas. Having a marquee wedding on our family farm, we really appreciated her expert eye but also her focus on the environment and sustainability. My only regret is that we discovered Rosie about halfway through our planning - I only wish we could have worked with her from the beginning.

We cannot thank Anouska from Raggy&Boo enough, every single element of our wedding was delivered to perfection in her capable hands. No job was too big or too small, she was ready and waiting for our entrance to the venue with a glass of champagne and a smile and was just the most wonderful, calm and competent energy. Had the pleasure of working for Raggy and Boo on new years eve. The evening was at a private residence and looked absolutely amazing, the staff, catering, and music were absolutely on point and I could not fault at all, everyone worked to create a amazing atmosphere for the clients and their guests. Suzanne is very responsible, organised, careful and attended to all of our needs entirely, she was always aware of everything that was in the timetable, making sure everything worked fine and making the day so easy, relaxed and one memorable event. Anybody who is trying to find the solution on how to plan a succesful wedding, look no further. Booking Suzanne to help plan and orgasnise our wedding was the best thing we did. I can honestly say our wedding would not have been the same without her help. My wife and I could relax fully knowing Suzanne had everything under control on the day which made everything easy. I hope you make the same decision we did as you wont regret it!

Where do I start? . . . . . We had a lovely marquee wedding at the end of August and, to allow us to fully enjoy the day, we went looking for a wedding co-ordinator to run the day itself (as we were doing all the organising ourselves leading up to it) - what we ended up with was the Mary Poppins of wedding co-ordinators (complete with bottomless bag ready for ANY situation that may occur). Suzanne was everything we could have hoped for and more. From our first meeting with her, she presented herself as professional, experienced, dedicated and a truly lovely person to boot. While we didn't hire her services leading up to the wedding, she still made sure that she kept in touch, giving us little snippets of assistance in terms of where we were with our plans, drawing up a very comprehensive list of information to help with the structure of the day and checking in with us. Her insight when she came on a site visit was invaluable, to the point that we changed our intentions for where our guests entered (and what we finished with was truly perfect as well as feeling very natural). I was also able to reach out to Suzanne for help with other services, as her list of contacts was vast and each one with a proven track record (otherwise she wouldn't have recommended them), and it was down to her help that we were able to find a staffing agency for the waiters we needed. Her contacts also came in very, very useful as, a week before the wedding, our evening food supplier had to drop out. Suzanne was actually able to find some alternatives for us at such very late notice. Suzanne also insisted on coming onsite the day prior to the wedding to make sure that she was completely familiar with the set-up and what needed to be done the next day eg: We could set the tables up but the cutlery, crockery & glassware was arriving the morning of the wedding. When we arrived at the wedding, we were greeted by Suzanne and a member of staff with a) umbrellas (thankfully only needed for all of 5 minutes) and a drink, which was a lovely touch and epitomised the high level of excellence that Suzanne works to. We walked down the lawn to the marquee and when we got inside, it was the most incredibly magical experience - Suzanne had made sure that everything was exactly as it should be; the tables looked fantastic, the cake stand was brimming and everyone was laughing and talking with a Pimms or lemonade! Throughout the whole day, everything ran so incredibly smoothly with Suzanne's firm hand on the tiller. At no point did the service any of the staff provided seem rushed, lacking, or in any way anything other than amazing and that was down to her supervision; she had everything prepped and planned from the teapots & cake plates to the toast glasses and brownies. With a plane to catch the next day for her own 20th anniversary, Suzanne went well beyond the call of duty and at least the last hour of her time was off the clock as she just wanted to make sure that everything was sorted before she left, leaving us with so much less tidying to do ourselves the next day - it was great to see someone so invested in making your day special. We had a simple wedding at the beginning of March 2024 and didn't want a lot of decor - Victoria immediately understood what we needed and made sure that it was simple and classic but beautiful too. It ended up perfectly complimenting our style, and we had lots of compliments about how the space looked. Victoria was really easy to deal with, very friendly, and I would absolutely recommend!

Highly recommend Victoria at Extremely Lovely Wedding and Events. She is great to communicate with and couldn’t agree more with the last review, nothing was too much trouble for her and she really works through your vision so you get what you want but stay within your budget. We had our wedding a couple of weeks ago (02nd November), with an Autumnal theme during the day which turned into a bit more of a Fiesta vibe in the evening. We got in contact with Victoria fairly early on and explained our vision in terms of decor, and she was so on board, communicative and helpful in taking our vision, and helping us to implement it - sending images of things she had in stock with prices, as well as suggesting which bits we could potentially do ourselves if we had the time. The Autumnal trees, and cake arch in particular really complemented and enhanced the theme during the day and helped to make the cake stand out, and the touches to the evening decor such as the ribbon wall and fake candles for memory table (Offrenda) really helped create the fiesta atmosphere we wanted! Victoria was very friendly, easy to work with and we would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for help or ideas on decor!

I can’t express how happy we were with the amazing work that Victoria did on our wedding venue decoration. She went above and beyond for us and nothing was too much trouble! She went out of her way to understand what our vision was for the day and discussed various options as well as giving us some amazing ideas that we hadn’t even considered. We had Tom DJ at our wedding in April and he did an amazing job! All our guests made so many comments about the music being played and said it was one of the best discos they've been to! We also had the Magic Mirror which our guests loved and made good use of. Charlotte was great with all the communications in the lead up to our wedding! I would definitely recommend this company! We have been told by many of our guests that this was the best wedding reception they have ever been too, and that is entirely down to Tom's fantastic DJing and entertainment! The online portal to suggest songs was really easy to use and allowed me to ensure all of my favourite tunes were played!

Our wedding booking was super smooth. We worked through our custom package. Everything happened autonomously on the day and it was like a well oiled machine. The DJ (Callum) was top notch. He got our vibe down perfectly and played music we loved even though we haven't requested it. We had a blast. 10/10

Came with one of my best friends to find her wedding dress and it was just perfect!!! Helen was incredible and so so lovely, could see the vision our bride had and found the perfect dress straight away! we had a great laugh and it was so personal and it was just the best experience!!!
