Khia & Kirsty @ The Events Co were so helpful in making sure our wedding ran smoothly this Summer! They took care of furniture, catering, staffing, on the day co-ordination and moral support!! No request or question was too much and they were so amazing at making sure we had everything perfect for us - it really was the best day! Kirsty’s on the day coordination was absolutely amazing and made sure we stuck to our timings throughout the day and we always had a drink in our hands! We used The Events Co for our wedding at New Barn Farm this summer and could not recommend them enough. Their furniture/crockery hire service was so seamless with delivery the day ahead of when we started set up which gave us plenty of time, the catering was exceptional - they worked with us to create a bespoke BBQ menu and all the guests commented afterwards how great the food was - and the team’s waiting and bar staff were so accommodating and friendly. But Kirsty’s on the day coordination was by far the star of the show and something I would recommend to any couple. Nothing phased her - specific guest requirements, room change overs, even last minute change of plans due to the weather - she made our day run so smoothly and we’ll be forever grateful!

Right from the start Events and Co couldn’t have done more for us. From meeting with Khia when we just needed someone to make us feel calmer to the big details of organising everything. We loved how honest they were with everything about our wedding and bringing out ideas to life. The food on the day was also incredible, with pretty much everyone speaking to us after about how amazing our wedding food was!!! And then our coordinator Kirsty, she honestly made us feel like our wedding was the most important day she had ever been on. As I Arrived she was even carrying my nephew ,who had already taken to her, to pass her to my sister ready to goo down the aisle. She couldn’t have helped more to make sure everything went seamlessly and not just this but throughout the day she was so smooth that she just made everyone fall in love with her and even sent us some pictures and videos the next morning that she’d got for us ! She worked amazingly with all the suppliers and we honestly didn’t have a thing to worry about all day! I couldn’t recommend this company enough and will continue with everyone that I know getting married or married handing an event from health forward. We had the pleasure of working with Kirsty, Khia and the entire team at Events Co. for our wedding, and their contribution was nothing short of extraordinary. From the start, we received the most professional and honest service. We appreciated that nothing was forced on us and we could pick exactly what we needed for our big day. Nothing was too much trouble and whatever we requested along the way was met with a smile and was delivered efficiently. They supported us closely the entire time and helped us with the entire set up of the venue and organised everything to run smoothly the weeks leading up to the wedding. From our first meeting we got the comforting feeling that they genuinely care for each of their clients and understand what you are visioning easily within couple of minutes. We would recommend them to be hired as your wedding coordinators as they are the best in the events field and would give you the personal touch and care that you need especially at some of the most stressful weeks before the big day. Communication smooth and efficient throughout the planning process, and they were always prompt with in addressing our questions and concerns. Even when there were few stressful moments, Kirsty and Khia already though ahead and had a solution for every issue that occurred or may have occurred. On set-up day everyone went above and beyond to make everything look beautiful and better than what we even imagined. A big shout out to Koo, who designed all our stationary and put up with all of our demands even until the week before printing. We would also like to mention that everything we hired was in great condition and the furniture looked great when all set up. A very professional yet friendly company, we haired some things for our Daughter's Christening for 80 people. Best Dressed Events came before to set up and made it look fantastic. They then came at the agreed time to pack away. They even gave our Daughters a gift which was lovely. Thanks so much.

This is an excellent company to hire anything wedding or party from! When my partner and I first started wedding planning we didn't like the chairs that the hotel provided (they were normal blue plush chairs - nothing wrong with them just not our style or fit the theme of our wedding) and we didn't like the look of chair covers as we thought it made the chairs look more clunky. So we started researching hiring chairs, we met Luminique at a wedding fair at the Marwell Hotel, and they blew our minds. The chairs were of such good quality and were reasonably priced. The team were wonderful and dropped the chairs in the morning with plenty of time for set up and picked them up on the evening so we didn't need to worry about delivery. As we were getting closer to the wedding I was worried about the chairs holding the weight of my dress as my parents went to a wedding with the same style chairs and they were super uncomfortable, but not these chairs! These chairs are so comfy, and we're able to hold both myself and my large dress with no fuss

Amazing service, from initial contact to the end of the wedding the service was incredible. Nothing was too much for them, the chairs, Sashes everything was beautiful. I knew what we were having but was still wowed when I walked into the room. The room was set up the day before and in between the ceremony and wedding brekkie they worked so hard to change the room over and again between the wedding brekkie and evening reception, by the time we were up and had breakfast the following day the room was cleared, I cannot thank you enough for the amazing service and beautiful room set up.

We booked Vanessa after meeting her at a wedding fayre. She helped and supplied us with invitations, centre pieces and top table decorations, bouquets and button holes as well as hair and make up. Contact was easy and we were able to meet with her and the florist to discuss what we were looking for. Our wedding breakfast room looked beautiful and the flowers and centre pieces really brought a vision to life. Thank you

I have used Vanessa several times over the years as she is so reliable, professional and always goes above and beyond to make everything perfect. I first used Vanessa on my wedding day, she did my hair, the bridesmaids and even flower girls. She put us all at ease and was great with the kids. She also provided us with some decor for the wedding ,, and this was amazing. The items were beautiful but also so helpful having her as part of the set up to then relay back during our hair that all www looking beautiful at the venue. I have just gone back to use Vanessa for our baby shower. She designed bespoke stationary as well as providing balloons. It was honestly all so beautiful and can’t recommend her highly enough. I’ll definitely be contacting her for my little girls first birthday

Vanessa, Jane and team were absolutely brilliant for our wedding in May! The flowers were beautiful, better than we imagined. I was so pleased with how my hair and make up looked, it was perfect. My bridesmaids and mum were also done beautifully. They also designed our welcome sign, table plan and place cards. They were reliable, timely and very good value for money and also made sure I had thought of all the little extras! I would 100% recommend them!!

I used Vanessa for my wedding flowers and set up. She was extremely professional and helpful offering support throughout and helping with ideas in our earlier meetings. She stayed in touch throughout the lead up to our big day. She set everything up as we discussed as well as clearing everything away the day after. My wedding flowers were delivered to my room the morning of the big day and they were absolutely stunning! Tom and Great British Events helped me plan my 32nd birthday in our home garden! Tom listened to my ideas from the start and was very prompt to answer even the smallest question. He was very attentive and incredibly accommodating. On the day of the party, Tom and his team were simply outstanding. They managed every aspect of the event with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The decorations, food, drinks, and entertainment were all top-notch, and my guests and I had an amazing time. Will be planning future events with them for sure!

Tom from Great British Events company is reliable and friendly. I had initially given him a concept and our meeting theme. He then came up with so many lovely ideas, keeping in mind the budget and the main focus of the event being wellbeing. He was proactive in offering solutions. Everyone loved the deco and the idea of a violinist to suit our theme was much appreciated. I will definitely get in touch with Tom again for future events. When it came to payment he was so patient till it all worked out according to our company guidelines. He does not push you but works alongside with you. Thank You Tom

Had a fantastic experience working with Tom, who helped me organise a post wedding BBQ for family celebrating my brother and his new wife. Tom made it so easy and stress free for me, he listened to the brief and sourced all the suppliers. Tom helped me communicate with the suppliers when there were delays on deliveries, but everything arrived in time for our event. We had a small issue with rain on the day the marquee went up, as the grass became quite wet and a bit muddy, but Tom thought on his feet and was able to bring some carpet that we could use at the entrance of the marquee to help clean shoes upon exiting the marquee. Tom also went the extra mile and helped with setting up in the morning which was greatly appreciated. He made it look great and was very helpful with suggesting setup styles and also displaying the flowers that we brought back from the wedding. Guests were very impressed with the quality of the catering too. I highly recommend working with Tom for stress free event planning, and would love to work together again (just need another occasion to come up as an excuse 😂) My sincerest thanks Tom! Sofia
