No words can express how thankful we are to Rivervale Barn for making our wedding day so special. We new Rivervale Barn was our venue from the initial tour we had with Victoria, she was so friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions with no hesitation. We had viewed a few venues and both agreed Rivervale Barn stood out to us. The moment we drove down the lovely swooping driveway to see entrance, we instantly had that excitement you dream of. Seeing and hearing how the spaces flowed so well allowed us to imagine how our big day would work at this incredible venue. We asked to come back the following week with our family, as we were so keen to show them the venue we had our heart set on. The staff at Rivervale were so accomadating with tbis and our families felt welcome. This was the day we booked the venue and we all left with a warm and excited feeling. The next 12 months consisted of planning and wedding meetings every few months. Again any questions or queries we had were easily answered and they were more than happy to cater to a brides very particular dietary requirement. Our wedding day then arrived, as soon as we arrived at the venue Victoria and the whole team were on hand helping getting everything out of the cars and asked how we wanted everything set up. This Instantly took all the stress away from us and allowed us to get ready. The whole staffing team were also fantastic in ensuring my bride and I didn't see one another at all. The day was truly perfect, any issue that arose Victoria was straight onto and some never even came to our attention as they were sorted out before we could stress about them! All of our guests raved about how incredible the food was, and those with dietary requirements were so thankful to have such lovely meal as this is often an after thought. The guests all commented on how beautiful the venue was, and how they were blown away. We could not fault Rivervale Barn and the team in any way shape or form and we will be forever thankful for all the hard work they put in throughout the day. Gorgeous venue for a peaceful wedding and amazing staff. The setting was so serene, and the indoor spaces were beautifully arranged. I would have loved to see the outdoor ceremony area on a sunny day. Plus, there was plenty of room for everyone to bust a move on the dance floor—no elbows were harmed in the making of this video!

Rivervale Barn is an enchanting wedding venue that offers couples a magical setting to begin their new chapter. As a wedding photographer, I was immediately struck by the charm and elegance of this space, designed with romance and celebration in mind. The barn's stunning architecture—featuring high ceilings, exposed beams, and large windows—creates a naturally light-filled and warm atmosphere that photographs beautifully throughout the day.

A big thank you to Paul and Danielle. My daughter had her baby shower earlier this year and in typical form, she does not follow tradition. In this I mean that she is having a baby boy but she has not decorated the nursery in blue and nor did she want much of anything in blue moving forward. This set us a challenge for the baby shower. Her color theme is sage green, mustard yellow and burnt orange. Her best friend and I visited the shop a few weeks ago and Danielle was very helpful and came up with the nearest options they had available during these difficult times of stock shortages they are experiencing, they were almost spot on. We also came away with some cute green baby shower napkins for the cupcakes. We were offered a cup of tea by Paul whilst we had the discussion and were shown various examples and options. On collection last Friday, Paul was very helpful in getting them into the car and sending me on my way with advice on how to store them to ensure they would be at their best for the Sunday. I've used event planners several times before for balloons. Most recently last Saturday for my sons 4th birthday. Large blue 4 helium balloon and several clusters of multi coloured latex helium. Staff understood straight away what I wanted. Arrived at venue on time , very efficient, very friendly, nothing too much trouble. Excellent service, definitely recommend 👌👍🏼

I always go to this shop for my kids birthday balloons! Their balloons last for ages! (literally, I end up having to pop them after a month as they're still bobbing around my house!). They have a great variety of not only balloons but cards, decorations, fancy dress, party bag gifts, bouncy castle hire... the list is endless! If they haven't got something you'll be guaranteed they'll know where to get it! I'm lucky to have this shop in the same village I live in, but even if they weren't I'd happily travel! Parking is really easy and staff really friendly! Highly recommend!

Surrounded by hundreds of acres of picturesque land, the venue itself offered ample space for our 110 guests to comfortably enjoy both the ceremony and reception. Northbrook Park's charm goes beyond its spaciousness. The on-site accommodation provided a convenient and relaxing option for our guests, while the freedom to personalize the wedding day allowed us to truly reflect our unique style. The staff was incredibly helpful, promptly replying to emails and answering all our questions with enthusiasm. Our wedding day at Northbrook Park was absolutely unforgettable! Our guests couldn't stop raving about the breathtaking beauty of the venue, the abundance of space to move around and celebrate, and the exclusivity of having the entire place to ourselves. It truly felt like we were in our own private world, surrounded by loved ones. The presence of charming peacocks and other animals on the site added a unique and whimsical touch, perfectly complementing the overall magic of the day. We cannot recommend Northbrook Park highly enough to couples seeking a stunning and customizable wedding venue for their perfect day.

Attended a wedding at Northbrook Park and spent a night in one of their lodges. First of all the wedding venue was fantastic from the wedding hall to the dining room and evening entertaining area. Staff were very attentive and helpful throughout and the menu chosen and served was very nice. The lodge accommodation was a really good set up. The lodge consisted of 3 digital lockable private en-suite bedrooms, 2 upstairs an 1 down with a shared lounge/dining room/kitchen on ground floor. The accommodation spec was high and included everything you would need to cook meals if desired. We travelled to Northbrook Park from Devon but hear that it has a good reputation as a wedding venue. No idea how much the accommodation cost as it was part of the wedding package. Definitely recommend as a venue for that special day. Very impressive.
