We were staying in down for my birthday.
I looked on Google for somewhere for a Sunday roast. Reviews looked good.
Have yo say best roast I have had out.
Well done to all the team who were working extremely hard to give good service and good food.
Lady taking our payment said they do similar midweek.

We were in the area and booked lunch with relatively short notice. Having never been before we were all very impressed and so glad we did. Great food, great service and a lovely country pub. If we lived closer, The White Horse would quickly become our regular. We even spoke about visiting the area again, simply to come back here!

The staff were very attentive , accommodating ( we have 2 toddlers) , and friendly we could not fault it . Im glad we booked as they called back to say we left a changing bag , where would we be without that!! We shared the platter for 2 and the food was insane! i could have had a whole bowl of the pork with that dirty mash it was sooo good. If youre staying anywhere within 15 miles of this place its def worth the trip if youre a foodie.
