We had a simple wedding at the beginning of March 2024 and didn't want a lot of decor - Victoria immediately understood what we needed and made sure that it was simple and classic but beautiful too. It ended up perfectly complimenting our style, and we had lots of compliments about how the space looked. Victoria was really easy to deal with, very friendly, and I would absolutely recommend!

We had our wedding a couple of weeks ago (02nd November), with an Autumnal theme during the day which turned into a bit more of a Fiesta vibe in the evening. We got in contact with Victoria fairly early on and explained our vision in terms of decor, and she was so on board, communicative and helpful in taking our vision, and helping us to implement it - sending images of things she had in stock with prices, as well as suggesting which bits we could potentially do ourselves if we had the time. The Autumnal trees, and cake arch in particular really complemented and enhanced the theme during the day and helped to make the cake stand out, and the touches to the evening decor such as the ribbon wall and fake candles for memory table (Offrenda) really helped create the fiesta atmosphere we wanted! Victoria was very friendly, easy to work with and we would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for help or ideas on decor!

Victoria was an incredibly helpful supplier for our wedding. Putting us in touch with other suppliers and setting up fantastic decorations. Her decorations are amazing quality and there is a wide variety to fit any scheme. We couldn't have achieved such a cohesive professional look for our wedding without Victoria's input from early on. Can't recommend her enough.

Highly recommend Victoria at Extremely Lovely Wedding and Events. She is great to communicate with and couldn’t agree more with the last review, nothing was too much trouble for her and she really works through your vision so you get what you want but stay within your budget. No words can express how thankful we are to Rivervale Barn for making our wedding day so special. We new Rivervale Barn was our venue from the initial tour we had with Victoria, she was so friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions with no hesitation. We had viewed a few venues and both agreed Rivervale Barn stood out to us. The moment we drove down the lovely swooping driveway to see entrance, we instantly had that excitement you dream of. Seeing and hearing how the spaces flowed so well allowed us to imagine how our big day would work at this incredible venue. We asked to come back the following week with our family, as we were so keen to show them the venue we had our heart set on. The staff at Rivervale were so accomadating with tbis and our families felt welcome. This was the day we booked the venue and we all left with a warm and excited feeling. The next 12 months consisted of planning and wedding meetings every few months. Again any questions or queries we had were easily answered and they were more than happy to cater to a brides very particular dietary requirement. Our wedding day then arrived, as soon as we arrived at the venue Victoria and the whole team were on hand helping getting everything out of the cars and asked how we wanted everything set up. This Instantly took all the stress away from us and allowed us to get ready. The whole staffing team were also fantastic in ensuring my bride and I didn't see one another at all. The day was truly perfect, any issue that arose Victoria was straight onto and some never even came to our attention as they were sorted out before we could stress about them! All of our guests raved about how incredible the food was, and those with dietary requirements were so thankful to have such lovely meal as this is often an after thought. The guests all commented on how beautiful the venue was, and how they were blown away. We could not fault Rivervale Barn and the team in any way shape or form and we will be forever thankful for all the hard work they put in throughout the day. Honestly the best decision we could have made when it came to planning our wedding day! Also both LaToya and Ajay are fantastic and such lovely people to work with. For us, it felt they listened to everything we said, every aspiration and idea and then they made it happen! Planning When we started to think about planning our wedding we were unsure whether we needed a planner, and after speaking to a couple of wedding planners we were put off by limitations some of them imposed, but then we spoke with LaToya. Following our first call with LaToya our minds completed changed. We spoke frankly, we spoke about budgets / expectations and importantly we spoke about what we want our wedding to be like and not what we wanted it to be like. LaToya understood us from the get go and also her energy and enthusiasm is infectious. When meeting Ajay the first time, we saw the balance in his practical thinking, we knew why they work so well as a team. Re-planning We are very grateful for the wedding they created with us, it was beyond our expectations and looked and felt amazing. Their experience in wedding planning shone through when it came to working with suppliers and also the little details of the day - there are far too many examples to give. Even with the pandemic and several iterations of wedding format, guest numbers, restriction requirements, floor planning, etc, LaToya and Ajay kept us calm and more often knew more about what the wedding restriction guidelines meant before others. Partly because how hands on they are in the wedding sector, championing the suppliers in the sector and the bride/grooms. On the day The day ran so smoothly from our perspective, and that of the guests - it was a dream! That was down to SW Events team being so detailed focused and also being so calm on the day (they were probably running around putting out fires in the background, but for everyone involved and our guests it was a stress free event - our guests have commented positively about pretty much every aspect of the day. Ajay, you almost got a variety show, we think the creativity and vision we created for a seated reception was nothing anyone could have expected and it was such a treat for everyone - this is down to both your creativity but also experience with weddings and venues to pull it off. SW Events were our wedding planners for our South Asian wedding last year and they did an absolutely exceptional job! Ajay, LaToya & Hemali are just so lovely to deal with and were so reliable throughout the process. We had to lean on them for their support and expertise to postpone our wedding twice due to Covid and they were so patient and supportive. Pop Up Photo Box was an amazing addition to our wedding celebration!! The guests absolutely loved it, and we have loved looking through our guestbook at all the different photos! Aston was brilliant; he replied promptly, nothing was too much trouble and he made sure everything ran smoothly on the day. Charlie was our attendant for the day and she was incredible!! She had wonderful energy, interacted with the guests and made sure everyone had so much fun. There was a wide selection of props and it was such a hit, people kept going back again and again! I cannot recommend Pop Up Photo Box enough!

Having the pop up photo box at our wedding just made the reception! Our guests absolutely loved it and we captured some amazing memories from using the booth. Aston was really quick and informative when we spoke on email and the lady who was the attendant on the night (apologies I didn't grab her name) was amazing and seemed to be enjoying helping us take some great and hilarious photos. We hired Aston & the team back in April 2024 for our wedding. Fast coward to August 2024 and my Husband turn’t 30. I knew I had to contact Aston and the team to get them to come to his surprise birthday party. I contacted Aston, as always so quick to respond and just so friendly. On the day, we had an issue where the initial venue cancelled on us. We sourced another venue (only 10 minutes away) and the Pop Up team were first there. We hired the Pop up Photo Box for our wedding reception and it was absolutely fantastic. The props and the back drop fit well to our theme (we got married in Vegas a month ago). Kayleigh (sorry if I got this wrong) was so friendly and helpful, the guests were also loving her fun vibe. We had as many prints as we wanted, which guests could stick in the signing book that was included. I was also sent all the photos by WeTransfer just in case any were lost and I can see all the pictures taken on the night! Would definitely recommend.

My experience at amaryllis bridal was amazing from start to finish! As soon as I stepped into the shop, I felt like a little girl in a sweet shop. The dress choice was amazing, so many dresses of all shapes, sizes, and styles. I had no clue what style of dress I wanted, all I could give Ruth was - it’s abroad. She helped me pick out dresses which would be suitable with the hot weather, and picked styles she thought would complement my figure. Well the first dress I tried on was in my top picks, and that ended up being “the” dress! Something I wouldn’t have picked out for myself, but wow… it really is stunning. I felt like there was no pressure to buy which in our shops I did feel pressure to purchase. She has hair accessories and veils too, which is great. I’ve walked away with my dream dress, veil, and hair piece. Thank you Ruth, what an amazing experience from start to finish being treated like a queen. X

Ruth was wonderful at helping me find my beautiful wedding dress! I was a bit nervous to visit as I had been to a previous boutique to try on wedding dresses and didn’t find anything I liked. This experience was totally different.. Ruth totally understood what I was looking for and gauged me as a person. After trying on different styles, I found my perfect dress!! Ruth was very helpful offering advice with shoes and accessories. Ruth is very friendly, helpful and has a real passion for what she does. I would 100% recommend Amaryllis Bridal Boutique.

I am so glad that I have found this lovely Bridal shop and Ruth. She is incredible. I was so nervous to try on dresses as I am plus size, but Ruth has been so reassuring from the moment I have booked my appointment. The boutique is full of gorgeous gowns for all shapes and sizes and Ruth was there to guide me and help me to see what style would work best. She was so excited for me which made me excited. She has made this stressful experience enjoyable, and I had a wonderful time at her shop. With Ruth's help I found my perfect dress in which I felt beautiful. I highly recommend to visit her as I am sure you will have just as an amazing time as I did.

I have no hesitation in recommending Ruth and Amaryllis bridal. From my enquiry and first phone call with Ruth I felt assured by her knowledge of the industry and she walked me through timelines and how everything worked. Ruth was very courteous, prompt and helpful when I contacted her with questions before my appointment and so I arrived feeling prepared. Even though I was a bit nervous Ruth put me at ease straight away and the appointment was fun and encouraging for both me and my family/friends. As it was my first bridal appointment we were focused on finding a cut and style that worked well for me. The range of dresses stocked at Amaryllis was amazing. Ruth listened well, offered helpful feedback and suggestions and pulled more dresses to try than I ever imagined. I genuinely did feel like I left the appointment having left 'no stone unturned'. All of this means I feel very confident in the dress that I chose. At no point in the morning did I feel at all rushed or pressurised and Ruth was incredibly generous with her time approached the appointment with great care. To top it all off (whilst of course there was a range) I was so appreciative that the price point of the dresses stocked were reasonable as this was something I had struggled with when trying to identify boutiques in London/Hampshire/Surrey to visit. I grew up peaking through the windows of the shop and so count myself lucky for my local boutique to be so great, but for those who aren't so close it is certainly worth travelling for! Thank you Ruth for making it such a great experience.

We had the pleasure of working with Kirsty, Khia and the entire team at Events Co. for our wedding, and their contribution was nothing short of extraordinary. From the start, we received the most professional and honest service. We appreciated that nothing was forced on us and we could pick exactly what we needed for our big day. Nothing was too much trouble and whatever we requested along the way was met with a smile and was delivered efficiently. They supported us closely the entire time and helped us with the entire set up of the venue and organised everything to run smoothly the weeks leading up to the wedding. From our first meeting we got the comforting feeling that they genuinely care for each of their clients and understand what you are visioning easily within couple of minutes. We would recommend them to be hired as your wedding coordinators as they are the best in the events field and would give you the personal touch and care that you need especially at some of the most stressful weeks before the big day. Communication smooth and efficient throughout the planning process, and they were always prompt with in addressing our questions and concerns. Even when there were few stressful moments, Kirsty and Khia already though ahead and had a solution for every issue that occurred or may have occurred. On set-up day everyone went above and beyond to make everything look beautiful and better than what we even imagined. A big shout out to Koo, who designed all our stationary and put up with all of our demands even until the week before printing. We would also like to mention that everything we hired was in great condition and the furniture looked great when all set up. We decided to use Events Co for our wedding at Appuldurcombe House after meeting Khia at two Wedding fayre’s at Medina & IOW Pearl. From the very start Khia had the answers in terms of power, toilets, tables, food, decor, staff, a bar and so much more specifically at our venue and had several meetings and phone calls with us over a 22 month period building up to the big day. Consistent calls and emails with Khia and her colleague Kirsty ensured everything we had booked and wanted was ready to go and nothing was ever forced or unreasonable, if anything the opposite. As the wedding approached they really came in to their own, checking on finer details such as what flavour ice creams we preferred on the ice cream bike and the positioning of the burger van (out of a horse box) they had also provided. On the Thursday and Friday like clockwork Khia and the team were there, everything as ordered and being set up exactly how we wanted it, at one point extra staff were there to help set up the tables and decorate, something we didn’t even expect! Every member of the team worked so hard to get our wedding ready and on the day they were great with on the day coordination from Khia themself and the canapés, two course lunch (3 choices for each course) and then our burger and chips van exceeded expectation and got great feedback from our guests! Khia and the team remained on hand all day and eve to ensure rooms were switched round and pudding tables were topped up as well as keeping the guests watered at the bar! Full of good spirits, banter, accommodating our guests needs and having pics with my dad and refusing my mums supply of apple pies she had got reduced the day before! The wedding went perfectly and Events Co made it what it was without doubt! They were legends all of them and a massive part of our day being what it was. Thank you so much Adan & Harriet!

We used The Events Co for our wedding at New Barn Farm this summer and could not recommend them enough. Their furniture/crockery hire service was so seamless with delivery the day ahead of when we started set up which gave us plenty of time, the catering was exceptional - they worked with us to create a bespoke BBQ menu and all the guests commented afterwards how great the food was - and the team’s waiting and bar staff were so accommodating and friendly. But Kirsty’s on the day coordination was by far the star of the show and something I would recommend to any couple. Nothing phased her - specific guest requirements, room change overs, even last minute change of plans due to the weather - she made our day run so smoothly and we’ll be forever grateful!
