I've been coming here for a few years for my dental cleanings, and Emma Leng- and her assistant - is absolutely fantastic! She is always professional, thorough, and makes the entire experience comfortable.

8th Jan 25 , Would really recommend. A great treatment plan and couldn't be happier. Lovely friendly staff and felt really looked after. James Pugh and his dental assistant were nothing short of brilliant. So so caring, fantastic communications and the end result today couldn't me happier! As a very nervous patient with many bad experiences in the past I was extremely nervous about restarting my dental journey, but I can honestly say my experience at VIDA has been exceptional. From the first consultation with James right through to today's session with Summer the hygienist, it's been a very good experience and I don't say that lightly! My concerns have been listened to and I was never made to feel silly for being so anxious I was offered sedation and anaesthetic and I felt like I was cared for every step. The results so far are great and the work continues and I'm confident that for the first time in my life I may well end up with a confident smile. I highly recommend the team at VIDA especially if you're someone that feels a bit anxious and hasn't managed to see a dentist for a while.
