As always, exceptional care. Especially the hygienist who puts you at ease and does such careful work. I didn't feel a thing. Also Stefan is such an amazing friendly and knowledgeable dentist. Thanks Serenity.

The service and friendless of all the staff is fantastic. I’ve attended this practice for years and even travel as it’s so difficult to find a good dental team that you can trust. Customer experience is so important and this practice really does offer this in buckets!

Excellent service. Usually see Brett but I went in as a bit of an emergency and had an appointment with Fiona. Absolutely superb service (but it always is, that's why I recommend Serenity to everybody). Fiona, and her dental nurse Ffion showed great compassion throughout. Every step of the procedure was explained clearly as was the aftercare information. And a special mention to Chris on reception who got me in within hours. I left extremely happy and, most important of all, pain free! Excellent service all round. Definitely 5 stars.

Had 2 fillings yesterday. Stefan took a lot of effort to match the correct whiteness to my tooth at the front of my mouth that needed attention. And took great care overall too. Fillings are not the most pleasant but Stefan and his nurse made me very comfortable. And I felt no pain during or after.

After a great number of years away from the dentist! The care and kindness that the Serenity Dental Team have shown me, has restored my faith that my dental treatment will be back on track. If you are nervous of going to the dentist! I would recommend the Serenity team for putting you at ease. Great before and after service! I have now joined the Serenity dental membership to make sure I keep up with regular visits.
