Since moving vets this is the first time I have had to bring one of dogs. He is usually a very nervous dog but right away, we were met by friendly staff who put ourselves and Archie at ease. This was continued when we met the vet who made archie feel comfortable, didn't try to push products on us, explained possible treatments and costs, and was knowledgeable and friendly throughout. We ledt feeling like even the vet had Archies best interests in mind opposed to trying to rack up the highest bill. Best vets visit since he was a pup, now he's 8! Would definitely recommend.

3 years ago during covid we last went here to say goodbye to our beloved dog Tinka, this time after foolishly buying a dog from a pet website a week before christmas we purchased our new dog renamed him Teddy. After a few weeks we realised we were scammed and given a much older neglected dog, we took him straight to this vets who very nicely told us how big a problem we had. Of course he was family now so today he went back in to have alot of his teeth out. After his operation the lovely staff rang and gave me a full report about everything and even gave me time to answer my many questions, Thankyou all for your patience and love Teddy received today, I have worked for many years in the customer service trade as a manager and would like to let you guys know you are all doing a excellent job so again thankyou

The staff are always lovely and they make a fuss of Walter. I have used Aireworth vets for approximately 20 years for all my previous cats as well 🐈 😻 I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I'm so thankful to everyone at Aireworth for looking after my kitten whilst she had AKI. We were so worried that we would lose her but the vets were so reassuring and practical, so we felt in very safe hands. Absolutely heartbroken at having to put our boy, Buddy the cat, to sleep but from first consultation to sending him off the service was wonderful. The first vet we saw, John, gave a thorough examination with great care and gave us a diagnosis we could understand, unfortunately, Buddy just deteriorated after that and we made the painful decision to stop his suffering. The second vet we saw, Kate, was more like a bereavement counsellor than vet she was so sympathetic. We were there for 50 minutes whilst we were given a full explanation of procedure and time with Buddy before he went. My wife and I cannot praise them enough and highly recommend them to any concerned pet owners.

I have been visiting Shipley and Idle Vets since I moved to the area in 2019, with my three indoor cats, and I've recently taken my 9 week old puppy for his first visit. They are so friendly and professional, putting me and my animals at ease. The welcome at reception is warm and they always make sure that any animals in the waiting area are OK together - they are very aware of the temperaments of the animals. On one visit they suggested I move my cats briefly into another room while a large, excitable dog left the vets room and left the building. Any of the vets I've seen have been great with all my animals and I never feel rushed, even when I'm asking lots of questions. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Great vet surgery. Reception staff are amazing, friendly and always make you feel welcome. The vet Alison that I’ve seen the last couple of times is fantastic, she’s great with my cat George, always explains things in detail and genuinely cares. Couldn’t ask for a better service, all the staff there are brilliant.

Where do I start amazing the lovely vet that we had seen with Daisy was fabulous and made us feel at ease and made Daisy feel very relaxed as she is an old nervous girl but she has now started eating and drink after a very stressful 8 days I called the out of hour vets last night and spoke to the vet that looked after Daisy and I just thanked her for her help and Daisy is now on the mend ❤️🩹 so so grateful for your time and knowledge and support and understanding Thank you !!! As you can see daisy is starting to get better ❤️🩹

Superb service , friendly , and even tho it was after 8pm we was seen in around 15 to 20mins , through check up of our dog and sorted the issue out , she's back to her normal cheeky self after the nausea injection Thank you
