Easy to find, very friendly and dogs were very relaxed with the whole procedure. Would highly recommend as one of my dogs has a fear of vets and he was able to be wormed in my car so he wasn’t at all stressed.

Fantastic! I was very worried about taking my dog with me to Brazil as I couldn’t find much information about how the whole process would be. But I thankfully found travel vet which made it very easy and the travel was a success from London to Brazil. Thank you!!!

A special thank you to Sam, Lauren and Jo. They were incredibly patient, supportive and really helped calm our nerves during the relocation process of our chihuahua Kobe from the UK to the UAE. This is the most efficient pet travel document vets I have used since Brexit - not to mention far cheaper than my regular veterinary practice. Easy to make appointments, reminders of documents to bring and a truly efficient service from both the vet as well as the administration team. First class service all round! Thank you.

Went in today for my cat's check-up, and we met Hazel. Another really lovely vet, lovely to chat with; we went through my cat's history, change of lifestyle etc, and everything went great. Huge thanks to both Hazel and all of the reception staff for seeing us! From Pan and Charlie ----------------- Original post: I can't praise this vets surgery enough!! Had my cat's initial assessment/health-check today plus medication for fleas and worms. All of the staff that I met are really lovely and understanding (unfortunately my boy had an accident on the way there; they gave me things to help clean him up AND his carry case/bag). Shout out to Emma on reception who helped me find their surgery after I found out that the one I drove to initially had closed down completely, and helped make sure someone was on hand for when I arrived, and another shout out to Juliana, my boy's new vet. Extremely patient, understanding, and empathic. She really helped calm me down as well after all of the stress of the journey, and was both very thorough AND loving to my boy! The Pets Club is also an incredible scheme, and I'm so glad I joined. I have total peace of mind for any further visits that might be required in the future. Unfortunately we had to put our lovely black labrador down. However, the service, sympathy and empathy shown by this practice was second to none. They tried their very best for our boy but was not meant to be. However I would highly recommend them as professional.

I have extremely happy with the service I received from this vets. It was my first visit having moved from Norfolk. Everything was explained to me regarding my dogs surgery and I wasn't pressured about making a decision as it was a big vet bill. I have found absolutely no problem with the receptionists.. everyone has been pleasant to me. I will be using this vets again. Thank you for caring for my dog.

came here when dog cut her paw open and they were on it straight away they cleaned it in a antibiotic solution which a glove which is a clever way to do it, surgery was next day and they looked after her very well. The staff are ever so polite which is needed when going into a setting like this as it keeps the animals calm and collected. my dog could still get to her foot with the buster collar on and they were on it straight away with a new buster collar so she couldn't get to her foot anymore. I cannot fault the staff at Staines branch of Vets4pets. Needed a local vet in an emergency and took our chihuahua to them after a quick triage phone call. Staff were waiting for us and swooped to take Lola through for examination. Ultimately Lola was too poorly to save. All the staff showed great compassion, kindness and care towards Lola and us. They gave my daughter as much time as she needed and ensured we were ok. The after care was just as caring too. So many little paw and nose prints, and some fur clippings saved for us. Something I hadn’t expected but much appreciated. Everything dealt with sensitivity and professionalism. Thank you to you all for making an unexpected death a bit easier to deal with.

I can’t praise them enough they’ve taken care of my boy since day one sadly I lost him to old age recently and there were great it was a hard choice to make but they comforted me and helped me get through it personally I wouldn’t use anyone else to take care of my pet they love animals and people and going on all the other vets in the area your getting first class service at cheap prices trust me I know I’ve done the rounds thankyou Chloe and all the team
