From a telephone call to arrange an appointment to arriving at the reception desk and onward, everyone that I ever come in to contact with are very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We feel that our two cats couldn’t be treated any better and it’s very apparent how much the veterinary staff care about their work with animals. Thank you so much.

Always extremely professional vets, superb front of house and extremely pleasant when booking over the telephone. A warm welcome is always given upon arrival too. They care about the animals they see here. It shines through.

Our lovely cat Rosemary of 18years, health deteriorated quickly and when we reached out to our own vet of 20years we couldn’t get an appointment within reasonable time. We contacted Medivet Evegate- Montgomery, who gave us the opportunity to attend straight away and we were seen within 15 minutes of arriving. The whole service and compassion from all staff involved (reception lady who was so kind on the phone when I started crying and she led us into a consultation room and offered drinks and tissues, to the kind vet who was with us till the end with Rosemary ) was second to none. We would highly recommend this veterinary practice. We also received a beautiful card in the post today which meant so much to us. Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts!

First time at this veterinary practice and wow Clive had so much time for our precious girl liquorice, expained everything we needed to know, even though he was running behind nothing absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Thank you too to the nurse that stayed late to do the bloods.Friendly staff, made you feel welcome the minute you walked through the door Lin was there to greet you. A massive thank you to you all.

Faultless service from first contact. The kindness and support shown when my lovely old boa constrictor sadly had to be put to sleep was amazing, right up to and including when he was collected for cremation. Would 100% recommend this practice!!
