I brought my cat, Lily, in for Her first Vaccination and Check-up visit yesterday, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care and professionalism we experienced. From the moment we walked in, Receptionist Maria greeted us warmly and made the check-in process seamless. Manager Isabella was attentive and ensured everything ran smoothly, creating a welcoming environment. Vet Raquel was outstanding—her gentle and caring approach with Lily put us both at ease. Took both my dogs to get their nails clipped. 1 of them is an extremely nervous dog. Megan (head groomer) came out and she was absolutely fantastic with her. Megan really knows her stuff. I was that confident and comfortable with her and so was my dog that i then booked my nervous dog in for a full groom with Megan. Megan will now be my chosen groomer as i give her 11 out of 10. Can't recommend Megan enough. All the staff from the minute you walk in are extremely friendly. Really lovely place.
