They have been looking after my dogs, Price and Charlie, with the utmost professionalism and friendliness. Every visit, the team at Arden House has been incredibly welcoming and attentive. Can't thank all the wonderful people working here. I rang with a poorly cat in Christmas Eve and they were more than helpful and told me to come in right away. The care that all the staff showed was really touching. Thank you all to all of you.

Max our yorkie is always well taken care of here! All the staff are absolutely lovely and kind. All the vets are soo understanding and always take their time with you and explain everything so clearly! All the reception ladies are all very kind and lovely also! Brooke is lovely and kind also. I always call and get an appointment whenever I need one. My mother doesn’t speak English very well, I always come in to translate and the vets and receptionist always take their time for me, so I can translate. The facilities are clean, and well looked after! They have had a revamp and all the rooms look super new and done up! I see a few comments regarding parking, I never fail to find parking. Either outside the vets or on the roads. Not sure why people are complaining, is not the vets fault you can’t find parking! Very impressed with the service I get here. Max is now 15, he’s a bit old bless him. But we always come here and get the best service! Thank you so much Arden House Ruislip!

A very delayed review but my dog was with Arden House from when she was a puppy all the way to her passing. Needless to say it was a traumatic experience to say goodbye but I’ll always remember how kind the staff were, the fact they were so empathetic and patient in a very vulnerable moment. I’d like to say thank you to the team once again and appreciate them always finding time for us.

I highly recommend this veterinary clinic for their honesty, reliability, and genuine care for their patients. We've always had Nigel Young as our vet for my dog, and he is incredibly kind and gentle with her. She loves visiting him, which says a lot about how comfortable he makes her feel. The team is not only knowledgeable and experienced in medical care but also well-versed in the bureaucratic process of exporting a pet to another country. We couldn't be happier with the care they provide!
