Georgia saw my dog yesterday and he was nervous with an ear problem but she treated him in such an excellent and friendly way showing great kindness and compassion. Thank you so much Georgia 🐾

Thank you to all at the Mount Vets Wellington. Thank you to Eric who treated our pet Pomeranian Alice with such care and kindness. He was always available when we needed an appointment, and he was there with a nurse when we said our goodbye to Alice. Her aftercare was also arranged and presented to us beautifully. Just the most wonderful vet practice. From the reception staff to nurses and vets, we and our elderly gentleman Golden Retriever Sam, are always treated with kindness and expertise. It is so reassuring to know that you are looking after him. A special thank you to vet Cara who tells us about her beautiful girl Retriever and is generous with liver paste! Thank you all so much.

Mount Vets emergency facility is incredible! They took such great care of our old boy, and were sensitive to our needs too. Happily, thanks to the amazing staff, he's still with us and recovering well.

It's a little expensive but well worth a visit. Fortunately, as far as my cats go, I've only had to go there for routine appointments such as vaccinations, microchipping etc. I have however friends who have recently taken their pets there for more urgent reasons. All of us have been treated with kindness and respect and felt valued. All of the staff encountered, whether vets, receptionists, nurses or other have been absolutely lovely and friendly. I really cannot fault them. My only issue is the cost. But then we all pay whatever we need to to keep our pets safe and well. They're worth it.
