Absolutely amazing service. I called late in the evening being worried about my youngest dog. The receptionist, so caring and calm, advised me what to do. I didn't want to take my dog late in the evening for the visit as I know it's very expensive and they totally understood me, saying just to keep an eye on my dog over the night and if it's not getting better, just to come in the morning. She even called me back after about half an hour to check on us, saying that after discussing with the vet about our problem, the advice given initially was good.
Couldn't thank them enough because their advices really worked.
The staff here are so kind and patient and the quality of care for my cat has been very high. The reception staff always take time to explain things through to me. The wait on arrival for appointments is very low so my cat spends minimal time in the carrier.
Diana is the best vet nurse! So caring and reassuring. Claire talked us through everything and settled our nerves and the receptionist are also so lovely and caring. Would take my lovely Cali anywhere else as a first time owner!
