Gordon was very knowledgeable, caring, friendly and calm. I took my very anxious dog there for vaccine and he was so patient with my dog. Another time when I took my brother's dog there as he got issues with his teeth. Again Gordon was very caring and attentive. The receptionist was very friendly and caring. Truly recommend.

Friendly, caring and professional. They care for our puppy Willow. Prior to that they cared for our cat Chunky for 10 years. The staff is second to none. The way they cared for our cat and us when we had to put him down last year, we were so touched.
Brilliant they were so caring and looked after my cat he was able to come home later that day . They even rang Christmas Eve evening to ask how he was doing. Would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
