I use this veterinary surgeons for more than two years and I have just nice things to say: nice receptionist, all the time I contacted the place she offered me a same day or next day appointment, great and gentle veterinarian. Clean place, parking for customers outside. Highly recommended
I have to say a huge thank you, because on Friday we very sadly had to have our cat put down but all the staff very thankfully stayed past close so we could wait for a family member to join us. They were very kind and our vet (I believe her name was June) said it was no problem and was so kind towards us. Another vet did the exact same without any questions asked and showed a lot of kindness towards us, so I please want these girls recognised as being unnecessarily kind and offering their time to us through a very sad time (also the receptionist staff too). Thank you so much.
Just back from my first visit to Avenue Road Vets. I'm so impressed I wanted to leave a review. At reception they picked up that my dog was thirsty, he was given a bowl of water, that was very caring and kind, they were super friendly and I was put at ease. We went in to see the vet James, he's really nice, very calm, my dog picked up on that and there was zero anxiety. Thanks to you all 🙏
