Visited Priory Vets @ Tadworth today. Although tedious their Covid Compliance is both efficient and User friendly. Our 8 week old puppy received excellent attention, Danielle the vet called while we waited in the car confirming all our enquiries very clearly and professionally. Although this review is long overdue, I wanted to share my experience. I visited Priory alone with my incredibly beloved hamster who was nearing the end of his life and was needing to be put to sleep that day, and I was heartbroken and in tears. The vet I saw was so incredibly kind and compassionate. Despite the fact that some may not understand how much a small pet like a hamster can mean, I felt absolutley no judgment for my emotions. The vet offered me tissues and gave me the time I needed to say my goodbyes, which meant so much. A few weeks later, I was deeply touched to receive a condolence card from Priory. This gesture truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much for your kindness, it truly meant so much to me. I couldn't reccomend a veterinary practice more.

Took my boy, Harley, a Maltese/Terrier cross as he had a bald patch on his left side. He had been nibbling as he had fleas even though I was using a prescribed treatment. I was prescribed a tablet form, he no longer has fleas and his bald patch is recovering 😉

An absolutely outstanding practice very friendly staff we have had many animals cared for by them . Mostly though the really important thing is they are genuine when it comes to love of your pets ! not apparent at a lot of practices these days ! First visit. Very impressed with the vet, they had time to talk to you about your pet and was in no way pushy, they were kind compassionate and understood that not everyone has £1000 for every vet visit. They have your pet’s interest a yours at heart . Would highly recommend

We've used Brelades in the past and with our new fur baby puppy have gone back to them to register her. Always receive a warm welcome as you enter and the Vet we have seen is just lovely, she's very patient with the dog and us and happy to answer any questions we've asked. We have signed up for their monthly pet care plan which we felt would be a good idea but asides from routine treatments we are hoping not to have to call upon them for anything else.

We first used this veterinary clinic when my daughter’s hamster needed care and eventually had to be put down. In 2018 we joined their membership scheme after we got our 8 week Norfolk Terrier puppy. Even through lockdown their vets and services have been outstanding, the vets genuinely seem to be passionate about animal care and appointments are never rushed, all questions and/or concerns are dealt with in a sympathetic yet professional manner, it’s clean, welcoming and modern. The membership is great for discounts on regular treatment/jabs and although Brelades may be slightly more expensive, I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. They also have 24/7 emergency available.

I was referred to this vet by my daughter my British bull dog had cherry eye took him there also had my staff with me the vet did my bull dogs eye and checked my staff over and he had a yeast infection which he also helped with, the care and price was great, also the price was half what pets at home wanted to charge me thank you so much

I cannot express my thanks enough to ALL the staff at GVG for the empathy and compassion shown to me in the final few days of my cat Max’s life, but also for the thoughtful words in the card sent to me after his passing and for the 4 paw prints from Max that were enclosed. Max, a small but mighty cat pictured here with his best friend Murphy, enjoyed 17 years of life and his final few hours couldn’t have been handled any better than they were by the professionals involved. Thank you to Andy and the team for helping me make the difficult but right decision at the end.

Best vets we have been registered too. Very genuine, caring, empathetic staff. Was registered with my previous staffy Wilma, she was treated with such love and care, which made us not think twice about registering our new staffy pup Dora. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, 10/10 recommend to anyone!

Felt the need to leave a review after some wonderful care form Cape Vets for our Romanian rescue George who had an issue with his throat … we use Cape Vets since both our dogs have special needs related to their reactivity and George was looked after today by Marcus (hope I’ve spelt his name correctly… the Spanish locum vet) and he more than lived up to the standards we have received for many years from Cape Vets … also a special thank you to Jaeda who removed a tick from George after spotting it somehow! Thoroughly recommend and we are happy to travel from West Byfleet for the great care we receive

Dr.Douglas Hall is the vet who is professional,caring,and helpful. Our cat and dog is registered and we had our high and lows in terms of their health. The cape vet team always made us feel good and I highly trust them. Thanks a lot for your hard work and dedication.

Went today whilst stopping on the Horsley Camping and Caravan Club Site. Tbeybhave previously helped me whilst my Dog Tyler was under Fitzpatricks for chemo treatment . They supplied me with eye drops Fitzpatricks did not have and couldn't get for me in time despite previously supplying them for him . I called straight away as I needed and wanted Tyler to be seen as the hospital had not been in touch. Called and explained and they made Tyler an appointment with locum Jules. We were both given time and treated with respect and listened to. Tyler was throughly examined and listened to. Info that Fitzpatrick had given me was talked through in a no nonsense manner and I appreciated the honesty and knowledge offered. Reception lady whose name I forgot was great from the moment we arrived in the carpark this time and last. Tyler n3ver walks into a vets but did here and it made him and I so comfortable. It matters. I want to say thank you for making such a difficult time so much easier and painless for us both. It will be remembered dearly for ever. Thank you kindly. Please pass this on. Amazing care for my dog, keeping you in the loop and up to date. Transparent with cost. Special mention to Cheryl, who is fantastic-always helpful, remembers things about your animal and has excellent customer service skills.

The people at PetDoctors Fetcham are fantastic. I had an appointment for my hamster the next day when I called. The appointment was at 1230. The vet saw my hamster, walked me through possible next steps and then actually put him under, performed a procedure, brought him back round and talked me through the aftercare and everything. All this start to finish was no more than an hour. Incredible skill and service. And my hamster is happy as a clam now.

My first time using this practice was an emergency appointment for my very poorly Cat. They were able to fit us in quickly. The vet was kind and very respectful of my poor cat who sadly had to be put to sleep. The rest of the staff could not have been more compassionate and I was offered various options for cremation etc. I won't hesitate to use this practice again if my other Cat should ever need it.

Great vet team, always take their time to explain everything fully and ensure our puppy is well looked after. Really love how friendly and personable the staff are and Ziggy loves their gravy bones!!!

I love this vet practice. Bob and I have always been treated with compassion and kindness by vets, reception staff and vet nurses. The same is true of 'sister' practice in Cranleigh.

Amazing experience. I was nervous taking my new noisy rescue dog to the vet for the first time. I needn’t have worried. The calm and caring receptionist/veterinary nurse, Emma, was welcoming, calm and reassuring. We were seen by the veterinarian - Dr Hardman, in a timely fashion, who was able to assess my hound quickly and without causing him ( or me) stress or discomfort. So pleased I chose an independent veterinarian who prides themselves on excellent customer service. My dog voted with his wagging tail, I’m sure yours will too.

The dog I was looking after got very ill. Made an emergency appointment and got there straight away. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. I am very impressed with the service 😁

Wonderful! We have used Brelades for over 20 years. They are genuine, caring and thorough. We have moved away from the area but continue to use them as the extra journey is well worth it.
