I have visited this branch a few times now with my Labrador puppy and just wanted to say how lovely the staff in this branch are! My Tato is such a nervous girl and can make shopping difficult but they always have the time and patience to say hello to her and help me if need be. Thank you to you all

We recently took on a dog from a family friend, the team at the Pets at Home Sittingbourne branch are amazing, they were so helpful and knowledgeable I honestly don't believe I've ever had such incredible customer service ever! The store was clean, tidy, extremely well stocked and prices seemed fair, we will definitely be using this store for all our dog and cat needs in the future! 10/10

We bought a hamster! Actually we had two visits. One to purchase all of hamsters bits and a second visit for the hamster. Mini me desperately wanted a new pet after the loss of her beloved cockateil earlier in the year. The first visit, the sales guy at the counter asked if I had an account, which i didn't. He asked someone to take over at the counter and spent a good 10 minutes setting up the account on my phone for me. Above and beyond! The second visit, mini me couldn't choose between hamsters and after a brief interaction with a staff member who qas less than interested in helping, we were joined by an amazing member of staff who could not have done more. She open both tanks and one of the chosen hamsters came straight over to mini me and the choice was made! The sales lady asked how we were getting home and I said we would be getting a cab. They are adamant that you drive so the newly bought pet is not stressed too much with public transport. Well done them! While I called a couple of cab firms, the sales lady stood by the tank with mini me, to prevent the chosen one being sold. It would be a 20 minute wait which was not a problem for the amazing sales lady and the payment was processed and by the tank she waited until the cab arrived. I gave the nod and the hamster was boxed up and ready to go in minutes. Absolutely amazing staff and mini me is happy with Bear! Thanks Pets at Home

Got my new family member Chug just over a month ago now and got him booked in as soon as possible to begin his vaccinations, the ladies in the reception were very warm and friendly and incredibly kind to our cute young chug, we were booked in for midday but got seen sooner as it was empty which is always a big bonus, for all 3 jabs the respective vet has been very knowledgeable and informative which is always a great help and reassurance and gave some great advise with this being our first puppy that wasn't a staff they helped answer a lot of questions and gave great new advice each visit through them ever so important primary vaccinations, they showered the little guy with love and treats so he didn't even notice anything was happening. I cannot rate the service any less than professional and caring, I'm signed up to their puppy plan now so his health essentials are all sorted for a very low monthly, thank you very much

I use the vets who are really lovely and their prices are very reasonable. The staff at pets at home are really friendly and helpful and the animals are well looked after and it even has a grooming salon where nail trimming is only £10!
